+ 1 Busy Life/Planning Cycle

ad

I am new to all this and first off let me say thanx guys, this place is a gold mine! I am planning for my first cycle and want to keep things simple, to find out how my body reacts to A.A.S. I am a busy guy, I think we all are. I live life to the fullest, in and out of the gym. I have decided on a simple Test E only, with proper PCT. I realize this is not the forum for discussing that, I will post that Cycle in the proper forum. My question is this, what are your experiences once you wrap up a cycle? It seems that there is no good time for my body to be "off" weather its finals time at school or a wedding. I realize that "proper PCT" is very vague, again I will post that in the Cycle forum for you guys to comment on. Just looking to hear your experiences wrapping a cycle up and if I can expect to still be able to show up for life....thats the whole point right!?

Good job on sticking to a Test E only cycle bro. +1
First cycle should look like this below.

1-12 Test E 500mg a week split dose.
Ai- adex or Aromasin
Aromasin-12.5 EOD or 6.5 ED (Starting week 3 all the way through PCT)
Adex- .25 E3D "bump it up if needed (starting week 3)
PCT- 15 days after last Test E shot.
Clomid- 100/100/50/50
Nolva- 40/40/20/20
Or you can go with 20/20/10/10 on the nolva if you do decide to go with Aromasin throughout PCT.

IMO. The answer lies in your mindset. If you think that steroids is the magic drug that only benefits you when you are on and that is the only time you eat healthy and work out than this isn't for you. I am afraid I do not fully understand your question because the commitment of time is the same on and off gear. The psychological advantage is less when coming off but that can be overcome with proper mental preparedness and an understanding of what is going on with your body so you understand how to navigate the rise and fall of your hormones and emotions. If you are a student taking 16 hrs a semester than you should wait until you are down to about 12-13 hrs. Marriage is going to wreak havoc with your time as you will be living by different rules, (unless you want to lie to your wife) hopefully she will continue to be supportive of your gym time and diet. In a nutshell, the commitment to diet and lifting should remain the same weather on or off gear. The down time between cycles and during PCT should be used to reflect on the cycle you just had and what you can change to make it better. This time is also a great time to plan for and get excited about the next cycle. Keep meticulous records of your blood labs and diet as well as good cycle logs and you will see a clear picture of what is going on with your body. Good luck bud!

^this is good advise^. You must commit to this as a life style. Dipping your toe in and out of this life style is very unproductive. Get your head right and set yourself some rules before you walk down this road and you will be fine.
