Bloodwork Results

ad

Currently running 200mg Deca, 200mg Test E, Dbol. Currently in week 3. The bloods were taken 3 days after shots.

Testosterone Total: 2219 - Reference Range: 250-827

Estradiol: 27

Prolactin: 10.9 - Reference Range: 2.0-18.0

I have Aromasin, Arimidex, Caber and Proviron on hand. If I was running higher doses of test I would be taking 12.5mg of aromasin EOD. But I haven’t taken any AI’s. Estradiol at 27 looks pretty good ( I think ). What I’m unsure of is prolactin. Is that number high? Should I take .5mg of caber twice weekly? And should I take aromasin? Any feedback greatly appreciated! I thought my estrogen would be higher because I have some tenderness near my right nip.

Hey what’s up man. I get very busy with work traveling out of state every week so I get on here when I can. Honestly I’m new to this site and I don’t know how to upload a pic of the bloodwork that’s why I just gave the numbers. And I only tested total testosterone, E2 and prolactin. I didn’t go for the whole work up last time. All my numbers from those tests are in my results up top. Prior to starting that cycle I had a full work up done from my doc but I don’t think that included E2 or prolactin.

Wanted to throw a little update out there. I have this lump under the right nip still and I’m not sure but it might be getting bigger. It’s definitely tender. I’m super confused because my E2 and prolactin levels are in range. I’m thinking it’s an old flare up. I’ve been taking Nolva @ 20mg a day and so far it doesn’t seem to help. Like I said I have aromasin, Adex and caber on hand but have not taken them due to the low mg doses of test and Deca I’m running and my bloods dictate that my estrogen and prolactin are good. I dropped the Dbol a week or so ago. I also take HGH for anti-aging 1.5 iu’s daily. I usually run TRT @ 100mg a week. Basically I didn’t want to do an all out cycle so I upped the dosage of test and added Deca for my joints and was going to run this for about 12-16 weeks. Does anyone have any input or advice as to what I should do regarding this lump? I’ve done many cycles throughout my 20’s and 30’s. I was as big as 250lbs in the past but had some injuries and lost a lot. I’m 41 now and was looking to put some mass back on and help my joints for a bit. Going to do bloods again in a couple weeks. Currently in week 5. Is the lump something to be concerned with since my E2 and prolactin look good? Is there anything I should be doing? Really appreciate all the feedback.

Yes I have advice for you. Go and do the bloodwork again with IGF-1 and Progesterone. All you are doing by changing things up is confusing the picture. I don’t believe you mention the GH before which is likely raising your IGF-1 relative to your baseline. You see it’s not always the absolute numbers relative to the reference ranges it’s relative to each other and relative to your baseline. Take a look at this post I replied to as it’s possibly relevant to you. Not the specifics but you get the complexity - https://www.eroids.com/pics/any-ideas-on-why-tf-i-would-be-having-gyno-w...

HydraXC's picture

I’ve been on HGH for quite some time now. I don’t think I mentioned that though in my previous posts. I will definitely get bloods again testing IGF-1 and progesterone. If one has high progesterone, would caber lower that? Still trying to wrap my head around progesterone. But I will go read that post you provided. Thank you for your help

I tempted to just drop everything at this point and return to my normal TRT and HRT dose

Dacky's picture

Now that is a sensible approach indeed. I would go and get the blood tests done now and then I’d get back to TRT/HRT doses for 10 weeks and test again. This would establish a proper baseline for you. I’d run some low dose aromasin 12.5mg split per day for two weeks and then 6.25mg split for 2 weeks and then stop. One everything is stabilised and if that lump is still there then you should get off to see the endo. If it’s an old lump and been there for a long time this is a flare up then it may need surgery. You could try keep treating with Nolva for the duration of the 10 weeks or switch to raloxifene as it is more effective in blocking estrodial in breast tissue. If you do this id wait another 4 weeks before testing (make sure any SERMS and Aromasin being used are pharmagrade). However if it really depends on the type of gyno as to how it’s best treated medically and/or surgically. As you can see from the literature it’s complex with multiple hormonal systems at play. Going forward it’s effective management of you continue to cycle is going to require you to get to the bottom of it. Caber will not lower progesterone. As far as I know there is no way to do this medically. However it should not be necessary if this is a hormonal imbalance issues as I suspect it is. Restore balance and that should address the problem (besides shrinking the lump which may need surgery and only a qualified specialist will be able to tell you that).

Hey Dacky what do u mean by 12.5 aromasin split per day? Do u mean 6.25 taken twice a day or did u mean 12.5 every other day? And the Nolva and AI’s I have are from the pharmacy. At this point I’m thinking maybe it’s an old flare up. I think I’m gonna go back my to my regular TRT and HRT doses. And if it is a flare up and it doesn’t subside, maybe get the surgery. Appreciate all your advice bro.

Dacky's picture

I meant 6.25mg x 2 per day.

HydraXC's picture

But I’m still gonna do the bloods like you suggested and hopefully that will tell me something. Specifically with the IGF-1 and progesterone levels. Man back in my 20’s and 30’s I never ran into many issues and sometimes didn’t even have serms or AI’s on hand. It was just juice and get big. Now I think I’m being safe with low doses and having everything on hand and I run into this sh*t. Even with my E2 and prolactin numbers in range. Like you said it’s complex. I remember in my late 20’s I did run into a slight gyno issue so maybe it’s a flare up. But my nips aren’t puffy and my chest is mostly symmetrical with no visible signs of gyno. But this lump is tender and even a bit painful. And when I sleep on my right side I can feel it. I’ll have to get to the bottom of it and just revert back to my normal TRT/HRT protocol for now.

Dacky's picture

Things change as we get older and so we always need to adapt and be conscious that it can happen. Even on trt with a bit of raised IGF-1 and progesterone I’d the hormonal ratio get out of whack (which can be as simple as lowering SHBG too much) then issues can occur. Good luck and keep us posted.

Dacky's picture

Do a IGF-1 and progesterone Tests the next time you pull bloods which as was mentioned below needs to be after 6 weeks given the decanoate ester. 8 weeks would be best. IGF-1 and progesterone levels are very relevant to understand possible causes - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK279105/

HydraXC's picture

Hey man next time I do bloods I’ll definitely test IGF-1 and progesterone. I read the link you posted but it’s a little over my head.

HydraXC's picture

So my estrogen and prolactin are in check. But I do have a lump under right nip that’s tender. Started Nolvadex @ 20mg a day. I do have AI’s and Caber but not taking those due to bloods looking good. Idk what’s causing that. Maybe some type of previous Gyno flaring up? I’ve been away so haven’t had a chance to respond to everyone’s post but I will and appreciate all the feedback. This is a great board.

Good to hear everything is in check. Was estrogen or prolactin on the high end of normal? If so, being elevated enough to be close to the upper limit may be enough to cause some irritation.

If your nolva is legit 20 mg/day should take care of it. Good call not using the AI since your in range. That would almost definitely drive you beneath the lower limit and lead to issues in and of itself.

Isn't Nolva just to stop the present estorgen from taking affect from binding and then the AI is really what lowers it over time?

Eagles 2013's picture

Yes. That is why if his estrogen is in range but he thinks he is having a gyno flare up he needs to use Nolva instead of an AI. Nolva will stop the progression of gyno without lowering his estrogen and bringing it down too low. He would use an AI if his estrogen was above the normal range.

Okay got it, honestly just trying to make sure I get this shit right.

Eagles 2013's picture

Yep. SERMs block it and AIs eliminate it. There are different classes of AIs as well. Some, like Letrozole will eliminate existing estrogen while other milder drugs prevent the conversion of testosterone into additional estrogen. You should cruise the PCT forums and become very familiar with all of this.

These are all long ester compunds which will take weeks to stabilize... Up to 5 weeks in case of the Deca, so your blood work will change substantially in the next few weeks. Probably don't need the caber at that low of a Deca dose anyway. Everything seems good now though. How long do you plan on running this cycle? Also, what did your blood pressure and liver values look like after 3 weeks on D-bol? What is your daily dosage of that?

HydraXC's picture

Hey man, I check my BP everyday and that’s good, honestly didn’t check liver values but will with the next round of bloodwork. I was only doing 20mgs of Dbol but I stopped at week 4. My idea wasn’t really to do an all out cycle but instead to raise my TRT for a period of time and add Deca for joints. I put on just over 10lbs so far. I was going to run the test and Deca at the low doses for up to 16 weeks but I might have to rethink that. I still have this f*cking lump under my right nip and I think it may have gotten bigger and it’s still tender. I’ve been on Nolva 20mg for almost 2 weeks and that doesn’t seem to be fixing the problem. As u can see in my original post up top, my E2 and prolactin levels are good so idk what’s going on. Thought it was an old flare up and Nolva would get rid of it but no luck so far. Thanks for all your input btw

HydraXC's picture

Hey man you’re absolutely right I should’ve tweaked the diet more before hopping on AAS. I’ve been as big as 250lbs back in the day and was trying to put some mass on quickly. I had some injuries so I lost a lot. My usual dose of TRT is 100mg a week so basically I upped the dose of that and added Deca at a low mg dose for the old joints. I don’t have a copy of my full bloodwork but I’m gonna get more done in a couple weeks. My E2 and prolactin are good but I still got this damn lump under the right nip. Been running Nolva @ 20mg a day for almost 2 weeks but hasn’t helped so far. I already dropped the Dbol but might drop the dose of test and Deca. I have AI’s and caber on hand but everything seems in range so I haven’t been running aromasin or caber.

johnmarshall12's picture

I wouldn't take the caber for now. You proxy should take a low dose of an AI then re-draw bloods in a few weeks.

MangoPlatypus's picture

Your good. If a marker is out of the reference range, that’s when you need to think about changing something. Personally, I like my estrogen in the low 40s. I feel I grow better there.

Prolactin typically doesn’t go crazy unless estrogen goes high, so no worries there so far.

If you’re being responsible get bloods again in 4-6 weeks.

Thanks man

HydraXC's picture

How much Nolva would u add?

HydraXC's picture

Yea I’m gonna drop the Dbol in a week. Do u think the prolactin is high or no? Thanks for your response man

HydraXC's picture

Honestly I didn’t check it
