Beginner to Steroids in General

ad

Basically here is the low down I have been reading posts & older threads regarding beginner steroid use. I am trying to figure out what I could possibly begin with a starters cycle, I'm a bit iffy on the whole injection side of things. I am not trying to get massive or bulk up but get lean cut muscle. Currently I stand at 5'6 & weight ranges from 135-145lbs no quite sure why. BMI is fairly low for my age & stats. I was looking into various products but cannot narrow it down or even get a good clear idea on how to get the ball rolling. Let's just say im a complete noon when it comes to this. Thanks guys.

Most definitely, I usually try to keep my carb intake up as well as my protein intake. No I have not actually. I might download the app to do that as well.

I'd say that would be your best bet and place to start. Many people starting out think they are eating far more calories than they actually are or they are less than idea calories. one of the first things I can suggest would be to add a full cup of dried rolled oats into your protein shake in the morning with a cup and half to 2 cups of milk, also add in other stuff for flavor if youd like, for instance powdered chocolate and or powdered peanut butter. this should easily pack about 700-800 calories alone. Its ideal to make a breakfast with eggs and cottage cheese with a cup of oats but if you are limited on time this is one of your best bets. try to fit in at least 3 whole food meals that are well rounded each day. You can grill up 5 to 6 pounds of chicken at a time and then divide it up into containers for meals so that they are easy to grab about you have no excuse to miss meals. You could also switch to white rice from brown because it is easier to get down a larger amount of.
Another point is, I didn't see any info about fat intake. you can put a tablespoon of olive oil or another healthy oil into that shake I mentioned each day, that will help. Also eat a big avocado each day. fat are very important for metabolic function including natural hormone production which you need to make sure is fully supported.
Give these ideas a go and track it in your app and see where you stand. Hit me up in a week or two and let me know how its going and I can give you some more ideas.
As far as training goes, you may want to look into a programs called starting strength, I think it could give you some good results. Its based solely on compound movements which would be the best for adding mass to your frame.

Awesome thanks for all of the tips man, I will definitely start to employ a lot of this into my routine & just try to get into the habit of preparing a lot of my meals beforehand & have something to quickly take in when on the go. Most definitely.

You could do a test only cycle.

Injecting is healthier for you than orals.

Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out

Week 2-12: Aromasin - 12.5mgs EOD
Week 14-17: Nolva 40/40/20/20
Week 14-17: Clomid 50/50/25/25

There is a beginner test only cycle. I know your 25 so you can take Test if you want.

On average how much would a 12 week cycle of just test vary on price wise?

Blood's picture

It's not just test, you need to buy pins, and PCT etc.

I recommend you work on your nutrition because this cycle's money will go to waste man.

Eat 150 G protein a day ,lift heavy ,increase protein to 200 g after 12 mos.
You will notice dramatic increases in size and strength in 45-60 days.
Don't eat garbage.stay motivated.

Good luck.

Cheers.

Well I usually consume approximately 300g of carbs along with usual 150-200g of protein in combination of protein shakes & other sources.

My workout routine consists of usually a range of one hour to 2 hours depending on after work tiredness. Chest, tris & abs first, second back & biceps & caves, third all legs with abs, then lastly shoulders, traps & calves. A general build for the moment.

You cant be getting that much carbs and protein and weigh as much as you do, unless you are trying to consume that much in 3 meals. You have to space out your carbs and protein in multiple meals and do not add protein shakes as a whole number because your body is not using all of the powder in one sitting.
Take that 300 grams of carbs and space it into 5-6 meals as well as the protein. Protein and carb intake should be roughly from 80% food and the shakes should be a snack. Eat 4-8 ounces of whole roasted peanuts for good fats and dense calories, oatmeal is a great start to your day as well as afternoon. You are not eating properly so therefore you are not growing. Food and a better food intake program is what you need to grow, because aas will do nothing for you but make you jerk off 3 times a day right now and you need size not cardio.
