If the prami doesn't help this issue it's caused when estrogen is too low... But yeah my first suspect would be prolactin.. Best to go with blood tests any ways once you've been on prami a bit
Yep. Sounds like a prolactin issue.
Have you checked your prolactin levels and are you using any caber/prami? They get too high in can be difficult to orgasm.
