+ 1 AAS & Kidney Stones - Any History?
ad
After about 4 weeks of 250mg Test Cyp x2 weekly, I encountered my first ever bout with kidney stones. Is there any known relationship between the two? I definitely don't want to ever deal with that again...
BTW, I've also posted my mid-cycle bloods from about 4 weeks ago, if anyone is interested. Didn't know how to link to them...

I've had kidney stones twice, bloody agony doctor told me to stop consuming so much protein is there a connection between a protein and calcium build up to kidney stones, who knows but I'm prone to the bastards.
Pain killers? Alcohol? How much water a day?
No painkillers, not even ibuprofen. Maybe one drink a week, on nights I take my wife out to dinner. Water consumption is around a gallon a day.
No, not that I've ever heard of.
This is a very good post, has me researching the correlation between the two, I look forward to some more info on this matter, can't hurt to know just in case I ever run into this issue myself... +1
Do you supplement creatine? Protein powder usage per day in grams?
Read the link below its a Good read, diet has ALOT to do with it, kidney stones can be linked to AAS Abuse and taking too many nutritional supplements...
You said week 4, do you pct at end of cycle or trt? Trt dose?

I've used creatine for years, but cycled off before starting my as cycle. precycle, I was drinking 2 whey protein shakes per day, totaling 52 grams. Once on cycle, I consume half a serving of weight gain protein (25g) right after my workout, and another whey protein shake (26g) in the afternoon. This is my first cycle, but the plan is pct. as far as other shops, I drink bcaas during a workout, and take a pre workout beforehand.
