You can but would use a 25g 1.5 for glutes (B-D Precision Glide pins)

i use 23G 1/4", couldn't find 25G to try on yet.

You may have gotten your answers already but figured id put my 2 cents in bc I came accross this and bc i didnt see any pics of your frame in profile..guessing your more on the leaner side? Anyway, like the guys said its your preference, but 21g 1,5" is huge.IMO 23g 1" or 1.5" arent too bad for glutes, but 25g 1" will be even smoother and perfect size to pin just about anywhere u normally would, also will flow a little slower with thicker oils, so you dont wind up injecting way too much too fast( which will give u a better chance of building more scar tissue, getting lumps, more PIP etc).3cc 25g 1" work fine on glutes, perfect for quads, delts. Just dont inject more than your body allows you to in one spot.if u do it slow enough (.5 every 30sec) it wont matter regardless of size u choose unless its bigger than 23g!!! Im gonna PM you i have a good src,with discreet pckg and quick TA and cheap.

You can also take the ends out of a ball point pen, jab it in your leg and pour the gear in. (Kidding). Do a little homework google search what your looking for. A lot of the research companies also sell needles. Little on the expensive side, but for one cycle not bad.

I use 21s bc that all that Walmart has by me in 1.5s and after getting used to having to inject slowly(bc with tht guage I could inject 3ccs in less than a min) I have had minimal pip but probably have built up more scar tissue than if I used a 23 or 25

Holy whale harpoon if you like self mutilation you could 23 gauge is as low as I would go 25 gauge 1.5 is my go to syringe these days that's a big ole needle you got there
