BAC Water..does it actually expire?

ad

I have some BAC water that has an expiration of October 2013, unopened still sealed. Would it be ok to use or no?

The answer is Yes/No... the water doesn't expire, it's simply uncontaminated water.. However the plastic seals that hold the cap in place, becomes brittle over time and cracks, so that leads to contamination... Toss the vial and get another one; it's really cheap.

I would assume if the vials are plastic, the plastic is moldable at certain temps, so the possible of contamination is very real, however it would be noticeable with the presents of moisture on the vial.

I would use it if it had been out of sunlight and hot temperatures. But as said its cheap enough to buy more.

I wouldn't, as cheap as it is, not worth the risk. Ever drank really old bottled water? Can be nasty. same idea. Some swear BAC water is good forever, and in most cases it is likely "OK" but why risk it?
