MMA course

ad

I have been doing mma for a long time, I have a desire to compete. I want to receive recommendations about drugs that I can use in order to increase endurance, strength, and functional of the body with the least side effects for myself. I forgot to introduce myself, I'm new here, but I think it's better to find a better place to get recommendations for myself.

For increasing endurance there are a few , but really in my opinion its all about how your system/body reacts to the compound. Maybe it will increase endurance , maybe it will do the opposite.

For strength there is nothing I'm aware of that will change the overall strength of your body , maybe you will lift more weight but an actual translation of strength from an AAS that is usable in a fight I seriously doubt it.

And as far as changing the over all functionality of the body , meaning a compound that will literally make you more athletic does not exist. Bro your reaching for the stars with these compounds hoping they will give you skills that are intangible. Either you have the strength and athletic ability or you don't. A better cardio vascular endurance can be achieved by doing surprise surprise cardio, any drug that will increase your actual cardiovascular ability will also just as likely kill you.

At your age either you have made it as a fighter , or you just love fighting other than that what is the point. I have seen MMA guys and girls at my gym do battle/cardio ropes for 15min to 30min non-stop sometimes longer . Can you do that ? can you step into the cage with some who essentialy has unlimited upper body cardio?

Bro, if your stats are correct and you are 30 years old and just starting with the desire to compete it’s probably a safe bet that you won’t make it past a local level of competition.
Really, what are your goals? Juice hard so the up and coming 20 year olds won’t kill you?
Are you going to be cutting weight? EPO might be about the only friend you’ll have at this level.
If you were young, had some potential with a world class wrestling or kickboxing background my advice would be to not touch a damn thing. It’s not worth it and if you make it to the UFC level USADA will catch you before you make a name for yourself and you’ll be fighting the constant battle that a lot of the old timers are facing of trying to get their nuts back.
Just my own personal opinion.

the goal is to take a couple of three medals at the local level, there is no goal to become a professional. I'm too old for this career to start. my net weight in the form without fat is 100-103 kg, this is too small a weight for the “heavy category”, on average everything is there 115+. I want to weigh at least 110 kg “quality” + strength, and endurance. I have boxing base, I’m not fighting as well as I would like. I was thinking of finding here someone who was asking this question, found the answer and a super cocktail) or gave general advice that could help, with which to experiment.

This is a big subject with so many options. It's really to big to comment here in detail without knowing your stats, and what exactly you are trying to accomplish.

The compound choice you should make depends on many factors like age genetics and again what are you trying to accomplish speed, strength, endurance etc.

mmafighter's picture

that’s the problem that you need speed, endurance, strength. More than once there were cases when 70 kg against my 105 was a little more experienced and much more durable, in a friendly sparring I lost to him in a long game. therefore, one without the other does not work very well. I think all the same, the plan is such that I want to gain more “quality” weight without losing stamina. I understand more mass more oxygen to feed the muscles, because something else should be included in the cocktail for quick recovery.

A story worth sharing. Thank you!

I’m still an avid Krav Maga participant, along with TKD experience and a few non sanctioned events... I’d recommend no PED’s... but that’s just me.... for Krav Maga it don’t matter because none of the essentials of Krav Maga would even be considered allowable in a fight but ... I opt of fair fights losing sucks.... sooo idk but I’ve seen lots of guys do lots of funny stuff....

Thank you, but before you write, I quickly look at the fighting groups for a description of my situation. I did not find anything for myself, I decided to contact myself. Frankly, I already spent 1 cycle it was Prim E, Tren H, Test C and HGH. at this moment I moved away from the fighting experience surrendering to weightlifting, what happened? I gained 7 kg + - and power increased by 30%, I became a better fighter but not 30%. Better recovering between rounds, more physical strength in the fight. But as I think it didn’t become more enduring in the round itself I think a lot of muscles (mass) need a lot of oxygen to “feed” them, the speed of the arms and the reaction did not significantly decrease. The course helped the weightlifter to make up not understanding in fighting sport. I came here for a universal cocktail for dynamic work on the tatami)) I have no goal of becoming a pro fighter, but I would like to achieve certain results for the old man))

cardio will not save me, I am small for the “heavy” and the strength is not as much as sometimes the opponent. the equipment in those competitions in which I plan to participate is approximately the same as the rivals. if you set a task, I think I want to not lose weight stamina.

PPGfreak's picture

You’ll need to google this and spend a month reading up on the different compounds. Not trying to be a jerk but no one will be willing to write you everything you need to know on 25+ options. It would look the a phone book.

mmafighter's picture

Thanks, but I decided that here will be my "Google")). But I understand that more information is needed in an external source to get what would go here with a clarified question. I was hoping to get the personal experience of one of the athletes who had experience of such a combination (steroid + fighting practice)

PPGfreak's picture

Absolutely bro. I’ve been on here for over 4 years and I still learn things new all the time.

I think for power and endurance you'll be mainly looking at things like Test, E.Q, Tbol. You shouldn't gain much weight on them either if you keep dosages low.

Test I know what it is, can I learn more about what EQ and Tbol -> Turanabol are?)

mmafighter's picture

naturally competed, success was not always but was. why not try doping for yourself? I think in my weight category 90+ there are many who do this. I wanted to ask here what might be useful to me. look at Francisco Ngana, think natural?

mmafighter's picture

But I did not deny that I was competing, I weighed 98 kg and participated in the 90+ category, on average all rivals were 110-115 kg. I participated 3 times in the championship of the capital of which 1 time won. once a peripheral city in which he also won. but it was not at all easy, I felt that there were fewer of my rivals and this was a big minus. The competitions I speak of were held 4 years ago for the last time. I think if I do not find anything new, repeat the course from Test C, Prima E, Tren H and oxandrolon, what can you say about this?
