I have been doing mma for a long time, I have a desire to compete. I want to receive recommendations about drugs that I can use in order to increase endurance, strength, and functional of the body with the least side effects for myself. I forgot to introduce myself, I'm new here, but I think it's better to find a better place to get recommendations for myself.

When is the next card?

Warning: Just a pointer, not a template.
For increasing endurance there are a few , but really in my opinion its all about how your system/body reacts to the compound. Maybe it will increase endurance , maybe it will do the opposite.
For strength there is nothing I'm aware of that will change the overall strength of your body , maybe you will lift more weight but an actual translation of strength from an AAS that is usable in a fight I seriously doubt it.
And as far as changing the over all functionality of the body , meaning a compound that will literally make you more athletic does not exist. Bro your reaching for the stars with these compounds hoping they will give you skills that are intangible. Either you have the strength and athletic ability or you don't. A better cardio vascular endurance can be achieved by doing surprise surprise cardio, any drug that will increase your actual cardiovascular ability will also just as likely kill you.
At your age either you have made it as a fighter , or you just love fighting other than that what is the point. I have seen MMA guys and girls at my gym do battle/cardio ropes for 15min to 30min non-stop sometimes longer . Can you do that ? can you step into the cage with some who essentialy has unlimited upper body cardio?
TronCan you totally kick ass?
Bro, if your stats are correct and you are 30 years old and just starting with the desire to compete it’s probably a safe bet that you won’t make it past a local level of competition.
Really, what are your goals? Juice hard so the up and coming 20 year olds won’t kill you?
Are you going to be cutting weight? EPO might be about the only friend you’ll have at this level.
If you were young, had some potential with a world class wrestling or kickboxing background my advice would be to not touch a damn thing. It’s not worth it and if you make it to the UFC level USADA will catch you before you make a name for yourself and you’ll be fighting the constant battle that a lot of the old timers are facing of trying to get their nuts back.
Just my own personal opinion.
the goal is to take a couple of three medals at the local level, there is no goal to become a professional. I'm too old for this career to start. my net weight in the form without fat is 100-103 kg, this is too small a weight for the “heavy category”, on average everything is there 115+. I want to weigh at least 110 kg “quality” + strength, and endurance. I have boxing base, I’m not fighting as well as I would like. I was thinking of finding here someone who was asking this question, found the answer and a super cocktail) or gave general advice that could help, with which to experiment.
This is a big subject with so many options. It's really to big to comment here in detail without knowing your stats, and what exactly you are trying to accomplish.
The compound choice you should make depends on many factors like age genetics and again what are you trying to accomplish speed, strength, endurance etc.
that’s the problem that you need speed, endurance, strength. More than once there were cases when 70 kg against my 105 was a little more experienced and much more durable, in a friendly sparring I lost to him in a long game. therefore, one without the other does not work very well. I think all the same, the plan is such that I want to gain more “quality” weight without losing stamina. I understand more mass more oxygen to feed the muscles, because something else should be included in the cocktail for quick recovery.
AnonI'm an athlete. On a pro level since my early 20s. I was natty until 29. I started getting worn out and injured a lot. So I started with Ostarine, Epistane/Havoc, (various pre-2014 legal pro-hormones), research peptides, lots of supps.... They helped. I had a couple issues because I didn't do enough research about how to run a proper cycle and PCT. Not fun to learn through trial and error. Then more injuries. One injury really changed things as far as drugs. I have old MRI results showing a 50% tear. I was given two options, 1: surgery and months of physical therapy, or 2: lots of rest, physical therapy, and hope for the best. I picked 2 along with HGH and my first cycle of injectable Test. I went on HGH and Test and didn't even train! For the first 2 months on cycle I didn't train. Rested, healed, did occasional physical therapy exercises. Slowly I started training again. The tendon healed and so did some other things. And I was officially addicted to steroids then. I never stopped running cycles after that. And one day I'll be blasting and cruising. I've been to snap city a few times. I'm older. I'm gonna have aches, need more surgeries, cortisone shots guided in with ultrasound, and arthritis when I get even older. No future or past makes me regret doing what I love to do so I don't care. The drugs have mostly been about healing and being able to stay in it. I'm not a bodybuilder. I'm not even big. I'm a soon to be 40 year old has been athlete who is still taking drugs and lifting just for looks and health reasons I guess. Fuck
A story worth sharing. Thank you!
I’m still an avid Krav Maga participant, along with TKD experience and a few non sanctioned events... I’d recommend no PED’s... but that’s just me.... for Krav Maga it don’t matter because none of the essentials of Krav Maga would even be considered allowable in a fight but ... I opt of fair fights losing sucks.... sooo idk but I’ve seen lots of guys do lots of funny stuff....
RustyhookerWe had quite a few fighters on this sute and some big names. Maybe use magnifying glass up top with mma or fighting boxing for their old forums.
When i was fighting, not gassing out or cramping up was a chore. Added mass slowed my reaction times even though on ground the strength helped. Just be open in your searching as one can hinder the other.
Hell, even low dose test can boost a lil performance
StevebYou fought in MMA?
TronNice! Adrenaline sport!!!
Thank you, but before you write, I quickly look at the fighting groups for a description of my situation. I did not find anything for myself, I decided to contact myself. Frankly, I already spent 1 cycle it was Prim E, Tren H, Test C and HGH. at this moment I moved away from the fighting experience surrendering to weightlifting, what happened? I gained 7 kg + - and power increased by 30%, I became a better fighter but not 30%. Better recovering between rounds, more physical strength in the fight. But as I think it didn’t become more enduring in the round itself I think a lot of muscles (mass) need a lot of oxygen to “feed” them, the speed of the arms and the reaction did not significantly decrease. The course helped the weightlifter to make up not understanding in fighting sport. I came here for a universal cocktail for dynamic work on the tatami)) I have no goal of becoming a pro fighter, but I would like to achieve certain results for the old man))
TronDo you know a guy named DCH1 AKA DCH2? He's supposedly the top dog in mma. They won't even let him compete because he keeps killing sparring partners.
RustyhookerAge: 30
Height: 185
Weight: 107
BF:
6ft 235?
Pick a sport. If added mass suffered no loss in responce time in a fight, you either gave a mental block or not fighting folks in your level. Im a midget and at 175 did well. 185 was lots stronger but winded faster. If i went back to fighting it wiuld be 170. But at 49yrs old...i can only say what worked for me. 30 aint old if you cardio right and got your training down.
cardio will not save me, I am small for the “heavy” and the strength is not as much as sometimes the opponent. the equipment in those competitions in which I plan to participate is approximately the same as the rivals. if you set a task, I think I want to not lose weight stamina.
Mastinos55contact me pls
RustyhookerYessir! Done. Happy new years
Mastinos55to all of us and our loved ones ;-)
You’ll need to google this and spend a month reading up on the different compounds. Not trying to be a jerk but no one will be willing to write you everything you need to know on 25+ options. It would look the a phone book.
Thanks, but I decided that here will be my "Google")). But I understand that more information is needed in an external source to get what would go here with a clarified question. I was hoping to get the personal experience of one of the athletes who had experience of such a combination (steroid + fighting practice)
AnonAgree.
There's a lot of self educating to be done before someone makes what should be a well informed decision to take steroids. And the educating doesn't stop. We keep learning.
Absolutely bro. I’ve been on here for over 4 years and I still learn things new all the time.
I think for power and endurance you'll be mainly looking at things like Test, E.Q, Tbol. You shouldn't gain much weight on them either if you keep dosages low.
Test I know what it is, can I learn more about what EQ and Tbol -> Turanabol are?)
AnonCompete natty first. I'm dead serious. Go and compete natural first.
naturally competed, success was not always but was. why not try doping for yourself? I think in my weight category 90+ there are many who do this. I wanted to ask here what might be useful to me. look at Francisco Ngana, think natural?
Anon"naturally competed, success was not always but was."
You never said you had competed.
You said "I have been doing mma for a long time, I have a desire to compete"
"why not try doping for yourself?"
Why not try doing your own research?
"look at Francisco Ngana, think natural?"
idgaf if whoever is natty or not, if I want that kinda gossip I'll join sewing circle with a bunch of old ladies.
Bottom line, I don't recommend anything other than doing a bunch of research and making a well informed decision about steroids.
But I did not deny that I was competing, I weighed 98 kg and participated in the 90+ category, on average all rivals were 110-115 kg. I participated 3 times in the championship of the capital of which 1 time won. once a peripheral city in which he also won. but it was not at all easy, I felt that there were fewer of my rivals and this was a big minus. The competitions I speak of were held 4 years ago for the last time. I think if I do not find anything new, repeat the course from Test C, Prima E, Tren H and oxandrolon, what can you say about this?
AnonI didn't call you a liar. I just said you didn't say you had competed before.
That sounds like a big stack to me. And I don't know the doses you plan to take.
You're asking me about a cycle you have already ran. You know the results you get from that cycle.
You mention oxandrolone/anavar, one of the possible sides of that is muscle cramps, not just back pumps, I'm talking about having your legs cramp up badly. You can take Taurine and potassium but you might still cramp up. Tren can really hurt your endurance too. It raises RBC, high RBC sides include fatigue and shortness of breath. So you better donate blood to keep RBC from getting too high. Or not take Tren.
Test and HGH alone are great.
Ostarine is AMAZING for endurance in my opinion. I used to start with a 12 week cycle of Ostarine, after the last dose I would start Epistane/Havoc usually stacked with one other thing and an AI for 6 weeks. I would make sure to drink a gallon of water a day and take milk thistle. If my piss got too dark or I felt bad by the 4th or 5th week I would stop the cycle early. Then run a 4 week PCT. The day PCT ended, sometimes a little sooner, I would start a peptide stack, and that could last 12 weeks. So that could be 35 weeks of taking drugs every day and training my ass off. Also creatine mono, amino acids, and all my vitamins daily which were dialed in via blood work/comprehensive vitamin panel.
Chicken and rice for endurance
Beef and rice for strength.
Oh yeah and pick up heavy shit
very funny
Molinin302No lean white fish? C'mon man, thought you were a pro lol
Just talking first and second breakfast.
