Would love to hear some thoughts and suggestions on the best belt to have atm
Trying to get a good value for money
I used to have the rehband strongman belt with another heavy leather buckle on top for big lifts
I seem to have lost them, the last belt I had was a cheap lever belt from eBay that broke
I have just started training again after a break and I know it's important to have a good belt. I deadllifted today with an old velcro one and it wasn't good enough
Might have to get one for Christmas
Would appreciate thoughts ......
