I'm looking to do a show on Nov 2nd and need some advice.

More than a couple people have told me that I look pretty good from the front, good from the back, but bad from the side.

I have those damn shoulders that roll forward. I thought I had been correcting it, but just today a couple local competitors gave me heads up on the shoulder situation.

This poor posture is affecting my chest and delts pretty severely.

I know this is a common problem, but I don't know what people have done to correct it. Any suggestions?
