First time being on TRT my last blood work showed my test levels are 259 ng/dl at (21y/o) Doc has me Injecting 35 units every Wednesday evening + Sunday morning with 50mg clomid, I suffer from pretty bad memory and brain fog also zero sex drive. Kinda curious why she has me taking clomid with TRT just coming on here to see what you guys think and if i made the right choice and if I should start the clomid week1-4.

HadesPlebI’m going through the same issue from suboxone suppression at 22 about to have to start trt until I’m clean off opioids then slowly restart natural. Unknown by most but opioid use shuts you down!! Even doctor prescribed suboxone effects adrenal. My levels were that of a 60 year old within 6 months and I thought it was just depression.
I feel that yeah, I feel depressed quite often but I always thought it was just me. But I think it’s more related to my hormones now.
Clomid is the first step to getting your test back up and to see if it stays up. Stick with comid and see what happens. That brain fog and no libido is REAL!
Yeah my doc decided to not run the trt just yet and just do clomid to see if it gets my test levels where they need to be but Fr it doesn’t even feel like my dick is a part of my body.

The causes can be complex, you could have congenital or acquired conditions that disrupt the production of testosterone or signaling from the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, either through primary or secondary means. Also could be related to mental health, lifestyle, previous surgeries and extreme diet. Could be the "turkesterone" you took was actually a prohormone or SARM that is much more suppressive to testosterone. You need to be honest with your doctor about how you are feeling, coming on to a steroid review website to get a second opinion on your doctor is not the right move. Most of these guys on here have high school level education. Tell your doctor how you are feeling and work with her to treat this.
Yeah it's a crazy thing all these young kids all have very low test for their ages and alot of them have never touched any kind of ped or sarms. The overall testosterone levels keep declining as time goes on. It's a sad thing honestly that these younger kids are being robbed of their natural testosterone because of preservatives and phytoestrogens in all the foods and hormones in all meats and milk and all the chemicals and all the other bad things that happen nowadays that weren't going on years and years ago. This is a pandemic in itself. And the another sad thing is that a lot of their regular doctors either disregard them because of their age or don't want to help them for other reasons and then they have to go to trt clinics/doctor's where insurance won't cover it and it's expensive.
I haven’t yet seen a endo or a primary doctor yet went to an urgent care a week ago because I can’t keep living this way. My sex drive is non existent never I wake up with a hard on and having issues getting it up and holding an erection. I went to my nearest trt clinic to see if I would be able to start trt. Just trying to get back to feeling normal but I’ve always felt that my hormones were the issues even before starting supplements I had Ed issues and mental health problems such as brain fog and especially memory so im really hoping this helps and doesn’t cause more problems for me in the future. Blood work posted now I was using a lot of supplements such as turkestrone and ecdysterone i think they may of casued it or maybe just unhealthy living habits such as alcohol abuse and drugs. other that I'm not really sure the reasoning behind it.
So which one is it?

I stopped partying after a year and decided to get my shit together then continued to get really serious in the gym I was never one to do anything other then smoke weed and drink and did white for a week nothing crazy tho

Bro like I said, folks will assume out of ignorance about your condition. Please don't listen to them. Very top comment is exactly what you should do..be honest. Good luck to ya man and I mean that. We can speculate all day but the medical community gets to the root cause.
Well maybe a possibility but what's posted at top is a possibility also. That's what I was basically trying to say, it's a condition that happens. I'm not ruling out all those things you mentioned but just remember this is a medical condition that can happen to your age group

The Turkestrone will have probably caused it, I knew there would be a reason as to why it would be so low at 21.
Docs concern about the infertility risk being so young still hope to have kids in the future.
