How to lower my testosterone before doctor bloodwork

ad

Guys, I'm attending my sexuologist bloodwork and I 'd like to get trt dose of test and HCG prescribed, so obviously what I need is to have bellow average values of test and free test measured. I'm 38, and I'm off cycle for about nine months already. But what I do is to excersice eight times a week, have perfect diet, 8-9 hours of sleep daily, no stress and perfect supplementation + I don't drink alcohol, so I think my testosterone in plasma won't be that bad. But I need to lower it a bit so I get a legal prescription for testosterone and HCG, so I can legaly carry that with me when I go abroad.

So my question is, what to do / not to do before getting bloods drawn, to have least possible test values?!

My idea was not to sleep well, get drunk and have some extra fat and milk day or two before bloods....

Appreciate any reccomendations.

Actually, just take a single dose of deca 2 days prior. Your FSH/LH will be relatively normal and your free/total should baseline out (yes it's that quick)
I tested this on myself years ago. Ran labs with perfect bloodwork then took a dose of deca and ran labs again 2 days later, bottomed out.
I get your reasoning and honestly, I support it. Getting popped with AAS in the military is career ending, yet to exceed and be in the top %, you need that edge.

Thank you uncle, I appreciate that!

I never said that I'm trying to become a mass monster, or using your words "getting to big". I also don't feel like having PCT, after nine months without a single needle or any oral steroid. I'm what a man like one should be, 95 - 105kg with or without cycle, all year long, very agile and I can run a marathon, so its not really a big deal.

Yes, all my thoughts - lack of sleep and fasting (no food) will lower testosterone levels. And make sure that you are not getting enough sunshine or the required vitamins and minerals

12 days after a shot of testosterone mine goes down. Getting Drunk and your diet being off for a day is not going to affect your test levels.

How often are you traveling abroad and for how long? You can’t take a break when you travel. Basically for testosterone to come back lower you need to be on it for a while and then go off it and then with test cyp it’s about 10-12 days after your last shot it’s starts dipping down.

I'm a Marine, I travel quite often, lets say 10 times a year only for work and I usually stay on place for more than just few days.

Maybe you should also see about a therapist and psychogical exam too. Go somewhere else if your looking to trick a doctor to get a cycle all you want with no consequences card.

I'm sure there are a lot of other sites out there that will gladly hold your hand

Maybe you can crash your sugar level too and be a diabetic? Or give yourself cancer? I swear people are getting dumber. Be happy with your fkn health.

Hi you two, don't get me wrong, but In my oppinion, its better to have legal prescription for the drugs that I use than to go to the jail in certain countries. I, as a soldier spent most of my year in foreign countries, where I train most of the day. I'm not just an ordinary couch potato trying to fool the doctor for no reason... Thank you for your opinion anyway, I appreciate that guys.

No fucking way bro. I'm calling shenanigans hardcore. I'm surprised the other vets on this site didn't pick up on this. Earlier you said you were Marine. No Marine would ever call themselves a soldier and vice versa you're full of shit. You're trying to sheist the doctor into getting trt and that's fine but why do you got to lie about being in the military? Take your stolen valor elsewhere.

Gym and Bikes_bro's picture

yo, newbie, just calm yourself down before I'll have to educate you a bit, there's outside world beyond the borders of a US, where other military groups exists, who call themselves different names. I spend my time in that part of a world where english is NOT our native languge and I've had to learn that hard way, so please keep your insults to yourself, I don't need to read that... In my country every man of arms is called soldier, no matter the legionnaire, mercenary or paratrooper. If my insufficient expressive language skills offended you, I'm sorry and gtfo.

Shit man yeah you're right. I flew off the handle not thinking about the fact this is in int'l forum. I apologize. Stolen valor posers are a pet peeve of mine and it's annoying here in the states. Again I'm sorry.

We're all good now.

I think people here not getting my point, I don't feel like in need of TRT, but as a soldier I spent most of my time abroad, and that's why I thought it could be useful to have a legal prescription for drugs that I have to carry... Smile But thank you for the comment, I completely get it. Appreciate you bro.

Sheeesh idk man, that sounds…kinda fucked? How long are you going away for? Being gear free for a bit is a good health investment in reality

Gym and Bikes_bro's picture

Usually its weeks or months, we never know, how the deployment will last. It could be 4 days training as well as four months mission.

Go to a mens health clinic (may have to pay out of pocket)
They will prescribe anyone text especially if you are over 30. Once you have the prescription take it to your regular doctor and they will refill it for you (that’s what mine did)
I do go back periodically to the clinic to get blood work done like twice a year just to make sure I’m all good.

Aight, that sounds fair. thank you for the recommendation.

How old are you? I really didn't change anything when I did bloods for TRT. I was doing 2-a-days hitting legs 3 times a week, which does increase production but still had 260 on my bloods. Within range to get trt prescribed. If you're over 40, I don't think you need to prepare. I'll let the 20 and 30 somethings chime in.

Bill1976's picture

In my state you gotta be below 123 ng per dc

Gym and Bikes_bro's picture

I'm 38 brother. Well noted, thank you for your comment.

AlwaysGottaStiffy's picture

Think you'll be fine. You've been off for 9 months. I'm 43...no issues getting TRT in my state. Been on since end of Oct of last year.

Gym and Bikes_bro's picture

Thank you brother. How is your TRT so far, how much do you take and how do you feel about that? Do you take something extra to keep yourself fertile?

I’ve also stressed to the community that as long as you can validate pre AAS you were I. Fact hypogonadal at some point ; in
My case.. even with bloods in the thousands and my brutal honesty my endo is about filling that script because of that money however , anything above 1000 and her red flags go off, I feel being compete transparent with docs has paid off in the long run rather than hiding information.
