+ 1 Nova/Clomid Questions

Morning guys, quick question I got 50 MG caps of nova and Clomid. In the past I would split up the dosage over the day. I think I got 25 mg caps last time.
Question is can I take it once a day at 50 mg or do I really need to split my caps?

Yes serms tend to have long half lives. 5-7 days based on your metabolism of the drugs.

I got about 18 days before I got to start that shit. Last pin was today.
Last cycle the biggest nagging thing was just low energy during PCT and I suppose I got a little depressed. I remember at work I’d take a nap in my car at lunch. Haha.
This time about 2 weeks before my last pin I stopped all caffeine intake. Which was a fuckn week of shit. I did it during a de load week. I was drinking like 500 MGS of caffeine a day.
It’s crazy how dependent I was / am on it. My plan is when those PCT blues come for me I’ll re introduce caffeine haha no idea if it will help solve the problem but something to look forward to during PCT.
That's the price we gotta pay ! It sux I know

standard PCT protocols starts with 100mg of clomid and 40mg of nolva daily for heavy cycles, whilist the half life of both compounds is about 5-7 days I think. No need to split dosages throughout the day, in my oppinion.
Correct, very long half-lives, just take 1x/d
Did the HCG like you suggested so it’s done with my test as of today. Got the 18 days of off everything then I’ll hit my pct reg.
Did the HCG work?
Well I feel great I did 1500 IU every 3 days. Woke up with sore balls a few times. I know I’m still loaded with test too. Curious to see how the next 18 days or so are. Last cycle I did the HCG with the nova and Clomid about 14 days after the last pin of test. I remember just feeling super low energy during like day 8 and beyond. Took me a good 5ish weeks to snap back into my normal self. It will be interesting to see if I come back faster this time around.
The HCG might help a bit. Seems like it turned the switch on anyway to set you up for your PCT.
