I love running , trail, uphill ... but problem started after 3 months on trt ... i get crazy pumps in calfs and shins first 30min of running and after everything is good. Im not beginner runner so im used to run... yes i got 3 extra kg but i dont believe thats the issue. Im supplementing taurine 5g daily and pottasium...even tryed l citruline and cialis.. but nothing is helping me to get rid of this pumps. And i dont want to stop trt or running.

PropheticWookieI am sure a bunch of long testosterone and water that has additionally accumulated in your body, in particular in the calves, is the cause of the severity. You need to focus either on running, picking up other drugs, or on classes in the gym. Different tasks and I think it is not worth pursuing both goals equally. I wish you good luck and success in your tasks
Get either tadalafil or sildnafil and add a good test booster. It helps big time!
RustyhookerThats dumb considering hes complaining of pumps.....addicts
Oooo I may try this. Thank you sir!
PropheticWookieI would say very, very great helps)
200 Mg 400 magnesium Every day helps me good
AnonI have to do some endurance training, which for me means running. I have moved my weight around and it takes time to adapt. From 4 to 12 weeks on a cycle my weight can go up enough that my heels hurt, joints hurt, I'm slower, and really winded when I run. It can be devastating how hard a hit your endurance and body takes just from gaining 10lbs of muscle and water in a few months when you run.
That extra 3kg you gained, running trail and uphill (that works calves very hard and you and I both know it), there is probably a lot of new muscle mass and density in your calves. Running uphill is like doing calf raises on steroids, and you're now on TRT and seeing all around big changes, so basically you're training on steroids compared to your past running all natty. Your calves are probably hurting some from the added weight but I'd put my money on the increases in calf size and density in such a short period of time being the main reason. DOMS, man, "delayed onset muscle soreness" & the lactic acid build up in your calves is going to be even more than usual when you've increased the size and density of the calf muscles because the oxygen can not move it out fast enough through the new dense muscle. If your calves don't look gnarly right now compared to what they looked like 3 months ago before you started TRT then tell me I'm wrong...but I bet I'm not wrong, I bet your calves are fuckin insane looking right now.
You might need to stop running as much and focus more on training some other body parts.
RustyhookerCialis would boost that pump....
Lifted-presence92I was about to say the same until you mentioned it..
Cialis is a good pre workout regarding pumps.
RustyhookerIts kinda funny actually. Hey, my calves are too pumped. So lets eat a boner pill! Lol....
Lifted-presence92Lmfao dude i literally imagined a guy standing in his kitchen saying that after I read your comment!
Hormones effect a lot in the body. I know that when your estrogen goes down to much, it can effect your joints and causes inflammation. Seeing that you just started TRT, your estrogen might be very low due to the spike in testosterone. It could be drying out your joints and you might be feeling it in your shins. Make sure take fish oil and stay hydrated.
Maybe try to run somewhere flat or a place that won’t jar your shins. Also, it may not be the testosterone, you might have a small injury and may need a little break from running. I hope it gets better bro. I also like to run, it really calms me down.
i dont have shin splits or pain , just first 20-30 mins of running muscles under knee get pumped very bad, full of blood ... that makes me unable to run
Yep, that's it!! Keep pushing and testing the waters. Try a salt pill, extra hydration, hard core stretching. Just keep trying different things. Mine went away in 30 mins or so. Dont give up, just keep working the problem, the body is amazing!
I've had Similar issues when I first started masteron with my trt. I suffered calf pumps (felt like they were going to split)for a couple of months earlier in the year. I avg 15-20 miles a week typ. I was locking up around 1.5 to 2 miles. I was like you, trying a little bit of everything, salt, potassium, hydration. Finally just got easier and easier and then went away. Sorry I dont have an answer for you, but I've been in your shoes!
what do u think u got easier? u lost weight?
Not 100% sure, wasnt weight though.
