OneinamillionI personally do 3 trainings on, 1 off, repeat x2. so 3-1,3-1
rest days i just do legit nothing, try and get a bigger sleep than usual. and re hydrate.

It's a great example.
I train 4 days a week. Go for 2 mile walks with the wife 5 days a week. I train for raw strength, 5 sets of 5 reps. If I can do more than 5 reps I up the weight. Usually last set I can only squeeze out 3 reps. If I get to the full 5 reps on the last set I increase my starting weight next time. I only use compound movements and have only a power rack, an olympic bar, a cable set up, and lots of plates.

Deloads aren't required as such if your programming is done correctly as there will be periods of less volume/weight pre programmed in.
I’m in agreement, if your program already contains a deload there isn’t any point adding another one in.
6 days a week. Training for hypertrophy, I look to get 12-15 sets per muscle group, all sets within 1-3 reps of failure. Zone 5 cardio 2x times a week for heart/respiratory health, zone 2 cardio 2xweek for metabolic health.
