Fitbit Charge 5

ad

I just ordered a Fitbit 5 so I could monitor fitness better. Has anyone bought one of these? I feel knowing your vitals is priceless while training. I don’t have any idea how accurate it is. I would like to hear about your experience with fitbit.

Has anyone noticed the steps are highly miscalculated
I really don’t care because that is one feature I could care less about but I have a. Pass A personality and want it to be much closer to actual steps. The heart rate and O2 levels are dead on. After reading my post I realize I must care SMH

Can't say anything, regarding Fitbit 5, but reviews are good, so look like it's a good choice. I been using the old Fitbit Surge, wouldn't recommend.

I personally feel all these type of devices are what iPhones are to the old flip phones. These devices are still in the infant stage in my opinion. Eventually they will be mobile personal doctors. Just my 2cents.

Mine has now become a part of me. It is very accurate calculating TDEE. This coupled with the app to track macros and cals makes it so much easier to obtain your body composition goals. You are just pissing in the wind without one.

It is the app that comes with the fitbit

It is black when it is off but the screen is colored. It comes with the standard black band. You can buy other bands if you want to jazz it up but the band it came with works good for me.

It comes with 6 months free of premium service.

Blood saturation levels and heart rate ECG. Bunch of great features. I just hate wearing any type of watch or anything like that. I’m a pretty simple type of guy.

Once you realize how useful it is you will always be wearing it. You get used to it pretty quick.

Thanks Mak! That’s how I feel. How could you know the effects of anything without seeing numbers. What we think or feel isn’t always what is. If that makes any sense.

Wife has one and loves it! They're cool! Not the most accurate for some things. But steps yeah it’s cool!

I’ve read the previous version would last 7 days on one charge now the new one only 2 days. It’s perplexing to me that tech companies don’t improve all aspects of a previous product. I think Apple comes closest to accomplishing that. I hope the heart and sleep functions are accurate.

I’ll get at least a week on mine. Only takes like 10 min to charge it though

Good to know. Reviews said 2 days. I’m psyched. Should arrive tomorrow.
