Testosterone Accumulation Model or Periodic Dosing Decay Formula
ad
I made a mathematical formula of testosterone accumulation and chart using Chat GPT. I've been wondering how to calculate this for years!
How do you calculate how much testosterone is in your system if testosterone decays with a half life?
The model I built shows 60 mg dosages every 2 days--effectively 180 mg of testosterone a week.
The chart shows 180 days of consistent usage. I hope you find this interesting and helpful. I

Bro, the decay formula and chart help visualize it .., but always remember, real bloodwork > theory. Bodies aren’t spreadsheets.
Complicating things for no reason.
Lift weights, eat allot, rest, consistency. Not hard.
Lmao !!! I like that bro!
It is well known that for long esters such as E and C it takes approximately 6 weeks to max out where the half half of the first dose is 100% out of your system.
It's not exact science as everyone has a different body composition and metabolism.
That said, it will be interesting to see what AI has to say.
Google AI gives a range of 3 to 6 weeks to reach steady state.
Co-pilot concurs
The best practice to test results would be to draw blood after the expect longest timeline to reach a stedy state. Hence the 6 week rule of thumb.
FYI the amount you take does not change the time it takes to reach steady state. If I were to take 100 mg of testosterone enanthate per week, I would have an average of around 900 ng/dL of total testosterone in my system at steady-state, with fluctuations between higher peak levels shortly after injection and lower trough levels before the next injection. Approximately 422.4 ng/dL taking 50mg per week.
I reached the limit with the chatbot. I will add the chart when it refreshes.
Chat bots are not humans and cannot even come close to actual experiences. They cant replicate a lot of human nature needed to make most of their assumptions. Sorry, old skool guys dont trust them
