-1 Reasonable first cycle?

ad

Hey guys,

So this is going to be my first cycle and I would like some opinions. I am doing testosterone-only mainly because I couldn’t find the proper ancillaries for Deca Durabolin. So, here’s the problem: I’m six foot and only weigh about 66/67kg. I have tried to bulk up in the past the natural way, but I lack appetite; even if I do inch up to 70kg, I can't hold on to that weight for too long.

Cycle:

CENSORED Tri-Test 400mg, once a week for 10 weeks.
Anastrazole 1mg twice a week (increase to 3x if nipples start to swell). Anastrazole has quite a long half-life, and I don’t think it’s necessary to shutdown estrogen production completely.
Finasteride 1mg daily + minoxidil on the scalp because I'm already starting to lose my hair! It will also prevent prostate enlargement, without shutting down DHT production completely as finasteride only inhibits Type II 5α reductase (and its attendant consequences on erectile function etc).

PCT: Clomid 50mg for 20 days, followed by 25mg for 8 days, 3 weeks after last jab.

My main concern is that my PCT will not be enough, and that I should maybe add tamoxifen.

Update: I switched to testosterone enanthate and the post-injection pain improved.

Also, I have thrown away the clomid and bought hcg. To any ignorant first-timers who were like me: The risk of ocular damage with clomid is not worth it. HCG is safer, and so is tamoxifen.

Hopefullly you know that HCG will cause a negative feedback loop and prevent recovery if taken during PCT.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. An update: It’s been only 2 weeks, so I can’t really comment on results yet (except that I seem to be putting on more muscle at the expense of less body fat). In terms of side-effects, I found 1mg of arimidex was definitely too much—I got hot flushes, diarrhea and other nastiness. I brought it down to 0.5mg twice a week and it seems to be doing the job with less side-effects.

The injection is definitely painful even if I warm the oil. Yes, I did wash my hands with alcohol and clean the injection site with an alcoholic wipe. There are a lot of similar complaints with Sustanon, so I guess it’s the short esters that are responsible for the trouble.

Like Makwa said, steroids aren't a substitute for food.
I wouldn't suggest running a blended testosterone for a first cycle either.

A Test E or C cycle with bi-weekly pinning may give you a better first experience to gauge how you want to proceed if that's what you decide to do.

Have you given bloodwork any thought yet?
Seeing where you're at currently and testing mid and post cycle?

Steroids are not a replacement for food. Just going to be jabbing yourself for nothing in return.
