Hello. I’m new to juicing. I have lost 40lbs recently and started working out. I’m 29 years old. 6 foot tall and 245lbs. Want to gain strength and muscle. Thought about anavar but was told by a buddy to just commit and do test. Looking for information and opinions. Thanks in advance

If you just recently started working out, you should be gaining muscle and strength by leaps and bounds without any AAS. If you are not then your diet and/or workout routine is off and AAS won't help you then either.

I can tell that you literally know nothing about “juicing”.. I suggest you get your diet, workout and recovery in order first. Then do your research. Don’t just jump into this bro…

If you just started working out you should definitely stay natural and take advantage of the easiest gains you’ll make in your entire life right now. You will be able to stack 15-20 lbs of newbie gains in your first year lifting, with just a decent diet and good effort in the gym.

Just started working out? I’d say put in a good 4-5 years of consistent training and diet then consider it. Waaaay to early to even consider it. I know I’m wasting my 35+ years experience even writing this but at least I tried.

Congrats on the weight loss. Off to a good start.
