Guys I want to start back slow. It’s been a while. I’m not looking to rush things or be a monster. I’m wonder what is the lowest dosage needed to see results. Test dose would be best. Not looking for teen or anything like that. I’m thing Cyp or NPP. Any advice would be appreciated.

8-10 Weeks
Test Cyp 250mg week with a 125mg Split
Test P 50mg 2xs week(adjust up if Needed as weeks Go On) would pin 100mg 2xs 1week
NPP 75mg week 3xs week(adjust up to 100mg after week 2)
Proviron 25mg Daily
Adex/Exa if Needed

If you are okay with frequent pinning (ED or EOD) then I would try 200mg of Test P and increase up to 500mg. You might need an ai as you increase your test so be sure to have that on hand

I didnt say use Tren... I said to use Test P, because of the short half life you can adapt the dosage as needed faster

If people arent willing to inject EOD then its the wrong forum for them

My fault, didnt see i was responding on the newbie corner. He mentioned wanting to run NPP so I assumed he would EOD inject

Your statement is so far from the truth and reality it is laughable. Eroids is a steroid review site, it covers and includes anything from TRT/HRT thru full blown Pro cycles (although limited advice is given without prior experience). So if a person only injected once every 2 weeks they would still be welcome.

Differences are very marginal, this cycle try Cyp, next cycle try E, you may find you like one better than the other, but it is personal preference, differences are very marginal.

There is no answer because our bodies react differently to certain doses. Now of course one could say 300mg of Test a week, after all that was in a study, but again some will probably need more especially if they've used gear before. However what favors you is being off for awhile or if you were a newbie. Regardless for myself, not to brag, but I get the most out of the least dosages, in fact if my doses go too far up from my norm then it fucks me up and is counterproductive to me. Appetite issues, sleep etc. And no I don't have the best genetics and I'm not a super responder. Just gotta know your body

44 I think I’m going to try 150mg twice a week and see how I feel. I will definitely pull bloods before during and after. I want to check bp and make sure I’m healthy enough to start. I feel it’s best to go in completely healthy. I know some guys at the gym who have super high bp but still pin a ton of gear. Stupid!

Ok that sounds good. Test C has a 5 day half life so 2x a week will keep your hormones stable. And at that split dosage bp shouldn't be an issue, but ya never know. I know a healthy guy using 250mg test only and it spikes his bp. I preach safety always. And yea I agree, those guys using high dosages knowing their bp is high is beyond stupid. They'll pay the price. I've seen that movie many times. Same result every time. Good luck

300mg/wk of TestCyp or E for 12 weeks, have PCT on hand before beginning, make a check list, pins, draw and inject, alcohol wipes, PCT, possibly a mild AI (questionable at 300mg/week), a calendar or log and of course the BIG ONE,...........DIET.

Diet is strict. I eat high protein moderate carbs and lower fat but not to low. Quality goods only. Organic when possible and zero junk food. I was never a junk food guy anyway. For me the diet is easy. The hard part for me is cardio. I hate it but I still push myself to do at least 30 min a day 5 days a week.

Either start back at like 200mg(high trt dose) a week then increase up to at least 500mg a week. Or just start around 500mg a week and possibly go even higher. Basically your getting back into it so your biggest concern is controlling estrogen levels and stuff so I would start with just testosterone until you get your estro levels controlled then either increase your test dose higher or add in another compound.

Thanks FDK I really never had an estrogen problem but I’m definitely concerned about it now that I’m a little older. I was thinking 150 twice a week.

Rather than pin 150mg twice a week, I would do 100mg EOD. The reason is that your peaks and troughs on twice a week will be lower and further apart, meaning once you are on the third day you will have much less energy and feel flatter as there will be less hormone in you. Many people seem to think it doesn't make much of a difference but it does. Go to a site called www.steroidplotter.com and do 2 separate graphs over 4 weeks for Test E. Do one for 100mg EOD and one for 150mg twice a week and see the difference for yourself. Notice that after 2 weeks your trough (the low point) is still around 22 for twice weekly where as its constantly above 30 for the EOD pinning? The peaks and troughs are also grouped closer together in the timeline and all this equates to better workouts and better muscle building. EOD will equate overall to 50mg more per week but considering only two thirds of that is actual test because of the ester it won't cause any problems.

Start low and get estro under control then increase if you want to, and or add a compound. But if your just getting back into it your androgen receptors will be fresh so you should get good results from just test.
