Large lumps from AAS

ad

About 2 years ago I used some gear that never seemed to dissolve. Formed into lumps in the glutes. Each about the size of a golf ball in the fat tissue, right at the injection sites.. They're super hard, I've tried everything to get rid of them. I have surgery scheduled for the end of January to have them cut out.
Has anyone ever dealt with this and found any way to get rid of them without surgery? Heat pads, foam rolling, massage gun, peptide injections, kenalog injections, and nothing. I'm out of ideas.
Thanks!

For those that followed this was the report from the biopsy after surgery:
Pathology:
SOFT TISSUE AND SKELETAL MUSCLE WITH FIBROSIS, FAT NECROSIS, TISSUE ISCHEMIA, FOREIGN BODY TYPE GIANT CELL REACTION AND CHRONIC INFLAMMATION.

what was the compound used? <mg/ml and carrier oil?

Blue72's picture

Sustanon. I used another compound from the same source and I think both slowly accumulated at the injection sites. As far as the carrier oil I'm not sure what he used.

Pharma grade sustanon? and what was the other compound, also hows your injection technique?

It sounds like a Lipoma. I have one in my thigh. I had ultrasound and then got it biopsied. All good, but its bad to me. Dr said It's fine, but when I flex my thigh I really feel it. Research Lipoma.

Yes I tried everything before doing surgery. The Dr said they were hard like a rock. I think the raw powders were probably cut with something that the body wouldn't absorb.

I only ask because my situation
Its like a baseball /. Been there over a year
Have been to doctors they would stick and 18 gauge or bigger needle in it and nothing would oozzz out.
Had mri or whatever when they put you in a tune it measured the size but couldnt tell what was in it

Well... Had a 4 hour surgery on Jan 11th.. 4 spots total, glute and ventroglute. Pathology said they were giant cell tumors. God knows what was cut into the gear I was taking. Dr said the masses were huge.

Bro, I have never had a lump that big.. but my guess is that if the lump is the size of a golf ball, you must have injected a heel of a lot of oil into one site. Or, the oil is super concentrated and you still injected a lot.

When I get a small bump (size of a marble at most) went away or I would message the bump.

Keep us posted on what the doctor says

Will do. They've been there almost 2 years. Doc thinks lipoma from the injections. I rotated sites, but I think by the time I realized the lumps weren't dissolving, I had injected a lot of oil. I was even wondering if maybe the carrier oil was synthol.

Sounds like you really need a surgery. Injections won't help, they caused this stuff

Blue72's picture

It's time. Dr was very cool about it. Thinks it's Lipoma. Surprised more guys haven't run into this issue. Will be interesting to see his reaction to the biopsy report lol.

Take a towel with very hot water as soon as you tolerate it, and massage the area, immersing the towel in super hot water and massaging and so on, 3 times a day or more, every day, it helps me when in shoulders had lumps

I think it was a combo of bad gear and the injection not deep enough. I used 1" 23G for years, but the bad gear is what got me this time. Surgeon thinks it's lipomas, which have to be cut out unfortunately.

The time for home remedies has long since past. Get those things biopsied asap

Hope everything goes well for ya I start getting nervous if the lumps last more then 3-4 days

Blue72's picture

Thanks. I've used gear for a long time 15+ years, and have never had this happen. Lesson learned.

Thomahawk's picture

Do you happen to remember the gear By chance ? Im still pretty new but not looking to learn this lesson !!

Makwa's picture

You still have lumps from pinning from 2 yrs ago??

Thomahawk's picture

Same thing I was thinking 2years , I’d be scared and would of seen the doc after a month

Blue72's picture

I thought maybe it was just scar tissue... maybe would get smaller over time. No luck.

Blue72's picture

Yep. I think there was something added in, or my body didn't agree with whatever oil was used. Actually having a plastic surgeon cut them out. Same source I had used for a long time with no issue. Sucks.
