Any advice on a beginner cycle? Looking to change my life around. Down 20lbs and and looking for more with the motivation I have.

After reading your stats, I recommend getting your bf% down first. You will get more from a cycle if you have a better base. I would say around 10-12% is a great place to start a cycle. Then you can choose if you want to bulk up or cut down more.

I echo the comments below.. For a first go keep it as simple as possible. A single estered test,...i.e. cyp or enth at 4-500mg/wk along with your AI. See how your body responds to the endogenous test before stacking your cycles. Run your proper PCT and go from there. Blood work is always good as well

You can never go wrong with a test only first cycle, and if your diet and workout is on point you will see crazy gains off even 300/mg per week... You don't have to take 500mg/week to see gains, that's ridiculous and old school thinking... Like everyone in here said, read read read and study before you do anything crazy to your body that your not confident your ready for... Best of luck!
