Keep in mind that the body notices equilibrium has changed in blood cell count. So going overboard and donating too often also pushes the body into producing more which then exacerbates the issues. As gearheads, all roids boost rbc. But keeping in a safer range vs pushing to overproducing rbc is the challenge

You have to have a certain blood type to do the Power Red donation. Type O, A negative or B negative for Power Red.
