Hey all, just joined the forum but have been reading up a bit the past several days.

I plan on doing my first cycle in about 10 years. I've done about 5 or 6 cycles in the past with very good results. Those cycles were all responsibly done with PCT.

I'm in my late 30's now, and would like to give it another go, but want to just run test; nothing crazy. Been lifting the whole time, just decided to be natty for a while due to work and life. It's been a little while so I'm not sure what PCT is common practice now. I'm also planning on using HCG for the first time and would like to know what's the best way to utilize it. I realize some people using during cycle, and some use it post.

Here's what my cycle might look like

1-10 wks of sust 250 - mon & thurs injections
at week 13 - clomid 50/50/50/50

I'm also using Aromasin for the first time (always used adex in the past). When would be a good time to start taking it? few days after the first shot?
If i take hcg during cycle, where would you implement it and at what dosages?
If post cycle, when and what dosages?
