First Cycle

I have never done a cycle of anything, so I am very new to this. I am looking at possibly running a cycle of winny. I am currently sitting at around 185-190, about 5'11" and would guess I am about 15% BF. But the reason I am on the forum is to see what peoples experience is with winny. Looking to understand what people have done and how well it did or didnt work.
I would also like to know what people diets look like while running the cycle.

Beginners group. First cycle explained. Oral only cycles are fine if you are female but no go for males. Read some more and you will know why.

BodybuilderZeppYou need to do a lot more research. A first cycle should be Test only. I wouldn’t recommend anything else other than Test. And of course AI on hand and used when needed and PCT after.
