DHT source (rare disease)
Hey -- I have been diagnosed with a rare genetic condition (aromatase excess syndrome). The main concerns I have are severe gynecomastia, feminization during puberty and micropenis.
My endocrinologist has wanted to prescribe me DHT alongside testosterone injections, testosterone gel, anastrozole 1mg daily, and hcg. DHT is unavailable in the US & Canada despite him trying very hard to find a compounding pharmacy to fill the prescription. Studies show that DHT is by far the most important aspect when it comes to induces changes (mainly to gynecomastia & bottom growth).
This medication could legitimately change my life, but I am unable to find a trusted source despite how hard I look. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't get why people troll on here because I have so much more in my life then to waste time trolling. To me I don't get it are they that insecure and lonely they have to do shit like that.
Yeah, this is bad, it’d be entertaining if there was just a bit of humor involved, but this is just nonsense. What you have is what you have, if there was a drug that worked for penis growth we’d all be walking around with 9 inches. I’m not a Dr, but 1mg daily of anastrazole is going to cause some issues with the lipids. I guess if he is by some chance serious, there’s those vacuum pumps advertised in the back of Hustler magazines back in 1989.
Well if this is real post I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I know of a source that sells dht lotion/cream but they are not registered on this forum.and I have.never tried any of their products but they are on other forums with good and.bad.reviews but I guess someone in your position has.to.take a.chance and buy it to see if it's legit or.not. friend request me and I'll message you.

wait.. your worried about feminization during puberty? so you havent gone through puberty yet? or am i missing something? And theres plenty of sources, just go down the list till you find one that has it. I know there's at least 2 that I've seen it on fairly recently.
csidlefarm7My disease overflows my body with an aromatase enzyme (all men have this enzyme, but I have an extreme excess of it due to a genetic defect). Essentially my body uses testosterone as fuel to be turned into estrogen, so even though my body is perfectly capable of producing testosterone, during puberty estrogen dominated my body.
It's hard to explain but I am pretty much intersex and obviously I am a man but I feel stuck in a girls body. Obviously my disease and the effect on my quality of life gives serious depression and some of these dumb comments honestly made me cry but I'm trying my best to feel more normal and need help. I seriously can't find DHT gel anywhere, I'll look harder but if you could help me out and direct me to one I'd really fucking appreciate it

TricepatopsIf you are serious there is on source I know that sells DHT cream that claims it makes penis size bigger. I also know of one source that sells DHT injection. He started off as a good source but after time here it has been shaky. I won't buy from him anymore but others still say his gear is good. By the way that endo you have has no idea what they are doing they don't even no how to prescribe the right medications and the dose of arimidex is based on breast cancer patients.

TricepatopsAlso sells a product that makes you increase in height. But DHT is what they really use if someone is born or has a micro when younger. I haven't looked recently but they use to be legit.
There are a lot of these DHT creams here in the UK, looks like its prescription only here though. Lots of sources stock it also I see.
TricepatopsThat is cool for you guys but in the states it isn't even available by prescription. It has to be made by a specialized compounding pharmacy. It also has been shown to reduce gyno for men which would be pretty cool to try for anyone with gyno. It probably won't cure some serious type but maybe some minor ones.

Also when it comes to my doctors prescriptions, I have an incredibly rare disease and my body interacts with these hormones differently than it would for a normal healthy male, and he is currently experimenting what does and doesn't work.

Wouldn't suicidal aromatase inhibitors combined with androgens work? That's basically the theory of using steroids. We use AI to cut down the aromatase enzyme so the conversion to estrogen is minimized. Is there a reason these don't work with your conditions? Generally curious.

In all seriousness, if it’s actually true then you need to switch doctors. Most of us are not doctors here. There are plenty of online trt clinics that can help you as well, just call around.
To be 100% transparent, I did have an Endocrinologist compare Testosterone injections to cocaine. It’s a long short story, but it ended with me giving him a handshake and never returning to his practice.
