So twice now i have gotten letters from the department of homeland security, both a standard letter and a certified letter so 4 in total on two seperate events titled notice of seizure and information to claimants non-cafra form stating that they have seized a quantity of controlled substances, in this case it was 252g test e, 66g oxymethelone, 71.9g methandienone, and 69.5g exemestane. And giving me the option to petition for its return, offer a comprimise, abandon the claim, or file and claim and request judicial predeedings. Any of these options require i post a cash bond equal to $5,000 or 10% of the assessed value of the seized assets, last time it was something like $48k, this time it is $19,879.71, which is more than my net worth, i have not ordered anything from any supplier in over a year. At first i thought this was a scam but now i am kind of worried, it says the seized shipment is to me listed on a publicly available website forfeiture.gov but neither shipment has been listed. This is also causing suspicion to be aimed towards me by my mother to gets my mail, my only real saving grace is the insane quantities listed. Has anyone else seen anything like this, it should he obvious but i am abandoning the claim, getting myself arrested or having to drive back from chicago with a stupid amount of controlled substances that i cannot use or sell, several lifetimes worth, or the mortgage i would have to pull to finance that bond is just idiotic.
