If only there was a place on the internet where you could read reviews for thousands of sources to help you figure it out.

You dropped $1000 dollars, got ripped off (supposedly) and are picking a random corner of Eroids to ask about it?

Try to improve body hygiene and natural remedies first.
Shower right after working out, if needed 2x per day. Make sure sheets are changed frequently especially in summer. Increase antioxidant intake (this is a big one). Acne can reflect high stress and systemic inflammation so antioxidants can fight this. The last would be stress, sleep is good ? Does work stress you ? All things to consider and if nothing helps I would start with benzoyl peroxide.

I eat blueberries and A LOT of tomatoes and still get bacne. Like my garden is full of 3 varieties of romas 6 of slicers and 12 of cherry/grapes. My chickens are delicious from invading my garden. The benzoyl peroxide train is the way I fixed it. I hope OP chimes in with something.

Benzoyl Peroxide and a blackhead scrub would be better. Don't let the peroxide touch your clothes or it will put bleach spots on it. Start every other day then work to ED if necessary. Much better that Accutane. I got that bacne like a muh fukker and it cleared it right up.

What are you cycling and are you taking an A.I? I would try sorting the issue out via other methods first and using Accutane as a last resort personally, its extremely bad for your organs that stuff. Don't think of them as just a pill to pop to get rid of some spots.

300mg testosterone a week and no A.I

Get some bloodwork done and see where estro is at. Get hormones in check first. Accutane is a last resort.

I will do that! Thank you

Exactly that, I was making some experience assumptions. My bad on that. Definitely other issues and options to look at first. My acne was bad as a young adult (hereditary) and had to take it some even then. So I knew using AAS would be a potential issue for me.

I tried it for a week in the early days of running Test and Dbol and felt rotten on it, my lips were like I had been skiing in the Alps for a month and I had constant cottonmouth Lol I never realised its because I was taking too much Dbol and no A.I

How often do you wash your sheets??? Do you use TIDE detergent? If you do, stop! Buy Arm and Hammer Clear. I had this issue and it turned out to be my detergent. I switched, and it immediately went away. Also, be sure to wash your sheets at least once a week, you filthy animal! I’m not joking.

A previous post, just a little help…..

I can't give you medical chapter and verse, but I do have a general understanding on it if it helps and use it as well. To make it short, 20 mg/day is considered pretty low dose. Dermatologists run it at 40-80mg/day for a month at a time, and re-evaluate effectiveness (labs included of course). Low dose issues for most part you're looking at dried skin, dried mucous, eyes, lips, etc. and sometimes a little GI (tummy) upset. Biggest concern for us is its also bad for Triglycerides. So compound that with the gear, that's eats away at it too, and you see the concern. And for those that like the oral gear that can cause a stomach upset, then this may not help with that. But a lot of medical info on Accutane is pretty easy to follow with a little research. My two cents is if you run gear with it, make sure you follow up with labs so you don't have big cholesterol issues down the road. And increase your water intake for sure.
