+ 2 20 week cycle

ad

Ok so I've been preparing for my next cycle. I just got done running a 14week bulk with similar to the bulk Phase below minus the anadrol and only half the deca amount. During the last cycle my weight gain stopped at about week 12 and even ramping calories up to 4700/day range I couldnt push past that barrier, so I ended the cycle there I had planned on 16weeks . So my thought process was this time run the 14weeks again and instead of cutting it off there go straight into a calorie deficit and cut the last few weeks. Being on AAS still, I should retain what muscle I gained and cut some of the fat that was put on at first.

What are opinions on this cycle below. Dosage and lengths. What should change? Should I lower the test and deca sooner? Should I run the EQ longer? Should I switch compounds around? Any thoughts.

I’ve never understood the bulk then cut with no break..

In my opinion it didn’t give the new muscle tissue gained any actual time to get established in the body. Going into a deficit after gaining maybe at best 1-4lbs of muscle plus some extra water and new fat tissue isn’t going to make the body target just the fat tissue to use as energy.. it’s gonna use the new muscle tissue as well..

Even throwing muscle sparing hormones in the mix isn’t a magic wand.

I’ve heard of lean bulks, or growing into a show when starting lean.. that’s not usually the case after a real bulk cycle of growth.

A bulking growth cycle should add a bunch of water and plenty of nutrients to develop new tissue, then it’s solidified with the greater loads being kept on it over time and gradually trimmed of fat after that’s been accomplished.

I’m not saying what you suggest is impossible, but some time to mature the new tissue (time off cycle) isn’t a bad thing. It’s cliche, but Rome wasn’t built in a day..

Bulking doesn't mean getting fat. So with a proper bulk you will maximize muscle gain and minimize fat gain. You should look good during a bulk, not big, puffy, fat and soft. I would recommend a cyclic bulking approach. Get rid of that cut phase at the end. That is nonsense.

This is perfect advice. I love combining cyclic bulking with my anadrol pulses. Run anadrol bulking for 2 weeks, drop the anadrol, keep calories high for a further week to try to minimise weight dropping. Then a 1 week cut to reset insulin sensitivity. Back into the anadrol and bulking. Rinse and repeat for the duration of cycle.

Adrol is pulsed because of its low binding affinity. Running it longer produces no further benefits and only additional sides. That is not the case with dbol.

Resetting insulin sensitivity is the key. Without doing that all those extra cals eventually just go into building up fat reserves and not any muscle.

The lower your bodyfat is before bulking the more muscle mass you will gain vs fat. As your BF climbs the ratio of fat vs muscle gained switches over to more fat than muscle gained. That is why you want to be as lean as possible before bulking. You just gain more muscle that way and much less fat. Just run your normal cycle for 14-16 wks using the cyclic bulking approach. You won't hit that wall like you did last cycle because you will keep resetting your insulin sensitivity. If using Adrol, you should pulse it 2wks on 2off to maximize the benefits from it.

Can run it whole cycle if you take proper precautions and keep an eye on enzymes.
