When cutting I like go Off diet with :
Gelatin zero, chewing gum, coca cola zero or water
All of this cut the need of food for me,)
Why no beef jerky
There's some weird math going on in your profile.
2023 - 1983 = 40yrs old
14 + 8 = 22yrs old
Same avatar as the guy who was banned a few days ago due to being 22 years old and trying to get advice on first cycle.
I like a rice cake with "nut" butter ( cashew, almond and seeds..not PB) or 1/3 cup homous with a few sticks of celery or green/red peppers and quick energy a full table spoon of honey/ ;)
Chuck water and pinch my nipples and tell myself no. Well atleast I chug water.
pineradylanSunflower seeds. Decent enough macros and it allows me to eat a lot of something at a time.
I guess my gf is the only one who eats rice cakes?
Shit nothing but air, really save on tp expenses.
The only time I eat rice cakes is right before going on stage with a ton of peanut butter and honey and then wash it down with a glass of wine. Could just lick the knife with a dollop of PB and squirt some honey my mouth but I am not that hardcore.
Theres nothing filling on a rice cake unless you add more calories, pre workout i love them drizzled with honey & sprinkled with salt
Large McChicken sandwich meal with Raspberry McFlurry.
Lmao...McDonalds--> making mr. Olympias since 1803.
Grilled Hot peppers
For real lol
Yeah, as punishment
Hahaha
Cottage cheese mixed with a scoop of protein powder or if more cut worthy would be a LARGE BLACK ICED COFFE
Nice!!
whynot_meWhen cutting and feeling hungry, it's important to make sure you're eating foods that are low in calories but still provide you with the nutrients you need. Some great options for low-calorie snacks include sugar-free jelly, celery sticks with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and air-popped popcorn.
Healthy food. Unless you’re prepping for a competition it’s not always a great idea. Of course obesity is awful, but you may be fighting against your genetics to achieve an extraordinarily low body fat. Just keep it simple and clean. And for gods sake use some seasoning lol, healthy food doesn’t have to taste bad.
But some protein bars and keep them everywhere. If you’re starving, your body will process it correctly. Sometimes I only take a bite or two to hold me off until my next meal. Sometimes I’ll eat some raisins or a banana. The dollar tree near me also sells small bags of beef jerky. The bags are small, so the portion is just enough to hold you over. A table spoon of peanut butter is great too,, but I can never just eat a spoonful, so I don’t eat it anymore, LOL
Food
Sammy trenMy missus made me chicken breast stuffed with oats and cooked in the oven wrapped in tin foil. I thought I'd not have liked it but it was actually lovely. Haven't had it in years might get her to do that for me again . It's really enjoyable.
Unless you are contest prepping, you should never be completely starving. Try to portion your macros based on time and event.
EX: prior to training = higher carb & protein
prior to bed = higher fat & protein
I cup of mixed nuts
I can curb my appetite with little bit of peanut butter. Another thing I just recently found was eating dry un-cooked oatmeal. Starts off like eating cardboard, but saliva gets going and chewing turns it edible. This helps because I'm eating but not enjoying it. This is for when the going gets tough. You're around food all day and you cannot help but eat something. Raw un-cooked oatmeal. Try it.
coolshirtbraGreek yogurt also makes an excellent high-protein snack.
i always keep sugar free beef jerky on hand
Brown rice + egg whites + some hot sauce
Protein
unfriendmeOats, spud light, vegetables
DreamlordAdd a chicken and Green meal…
monster1oneSugar free jelly, salad, protein shakes, zero sugar carbonated drinks (if your digestion doesn’t get fucked by artificial sweeteners), chicken breast are the few that come to mind that I’ve used in the past.
I stick to my meal plan and suffer through it
Living4ThePumpI’m a person that sticks 100% to the plan when cutting so no meals outside the meal plan. It just makes things harder to track progress if you eat something on top here and there.
But if you really can’t go without try some low calories veggies that are filling like broccoli is really nice. Carrots are a good snack too but can add up if eaten a lot of.
