Retatrutide
ad
I took trizepitide for a few months and it was a game changer that I felt very quickly. I tried Retatrutide recently and I dont feel shit. Is the appetite suppressor less because of the 3rd agonist? I didnt shake the bottle but I had to turn it for a long time to reconstitute it because it was stuck to the bottom.

While on retatrutide, I experienced severe anxiety. I cannot say for certain whether it was induced by the medication or potential work-related stress, but I have never previously experienced such anxiety under similar circumstances Anyone else dealt with this?
RBH117I love reta so far I run 2mg every week 2 injections.
I may go to a little because it definitely is a little light on suppression but it works very well regardless
I've been on reta 2 months. Having great results. I titrated from 0.5 up to 4 now. Appetite suppression is not as strong as triz but the overall experience has been amazing.
David8877During the transition period, a return to normal appetite is expected due to dosage adjustment or its unique "boosting of basal metabolism" mechanism. A high-protein diet and resistance training are recommended. When preparing the solution, a peptide calculator must be used to accurately verify the amount of antibacterial solution and the insulin needle markings to ensure accurate milligram dosage. The completely dissolved solution should be colorless and completely clear; if visible particles or cloudy precipitates remain after rotation and standing, the peptides have polymerized and deteriorated, and should not be used. Diluted peptides are extremely fragile and must be strictly stored in a refrigerator at 2°C - 8°C, protected from freezing, light, and violent vibration.
Listen bro. You need to keep increasing your dose, SLOWLY work up to 12-15mg Reta. I stacked a few mg Tirz with the Reta. Looking like a fat pussy is unacceptable!
Actually I was told to stop loosing. Lol I was trying to get to 10%bf but I stopped at 13% because apparently I was at "victim weight" I used to be super fat though so I couldnt agree more lol
I am in the same situation. Had to taper down and quit as I went from 270 down to 165 on tirz/reta stack. Now I’m 2 weeks into Test but hey atleast I’m not a fat ass! Planning to blast test after bloodwork again. I’m 44yrs old 6’3, so gains are a little more work… my work buddies call me skeletor -- . Not for long with T and possibly mast. I’m new to the roid game.
David8877It is recommended to discontinue the use of metronidazole. For steroid beginners, a low- to medium-dose cycle of a single long-acting testosterone may be considered, following the principle of fractionated injections to reduce cardiovascular, prostate, and blood viscosity risks. Blindly using high doses should be avoided. During monitoring, key indicators such as free testosterone, estradiol (E2), hematocrit (for measuring blood viscosity), liver function, and blood lipids should be closely monitored. Dietary restrictions must be broken to ensure sufficient intake of high-calorie and high-quality protein, combined with heavy-weight compound training primarily consisting of squats and deadlifts.
Yes, Reta has less appetite suppression but overall way more beneficial imo
David8877Retatroxide can help maintain your skin's natural oil levels, while testosterone and a robust diet form the foundation of your physique. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle and regular checkups are also important.
Gainz411There is a peptide Community called exploring peptides. Great forums to learn more about peptides. They often do polls on people’s fav glp-1s and trizepitide wins clearly in the polls often. Many people switch to Reta then switch back to tri cause they do not like the sides effects of Reta. Me personally, I respond well to Reta and it’s worked for me great. I’ve also done tri for many months. Losing over 100 pounds taking trizepitide. I’ve found my blood work is better taking reta. Also I like that it doesn’t give me that strong appetite suppressant as trizepitide is.
You also need to give Reta a few weeks to work as an appetite suppressant if you’re starting at a low dose. I’ve found tri as a stronger appetite suppressant
I actually already feel better lol. Fatigue has basically worn off and for the past few days I have been absolutely ravenous and as of right now I can tell my appetite isnt suppressed like with triz but the noise is definitely not nearly as potent. I think I got this but that said everything everyone told me including you, was both valuable but also really kept me from responding reactively rather than proactively. I think the idea that triz was so effective gave me the assumption that reta would just be even better or the same with more benefits. It was good to hear everyone's take. Thanks bro
Not sure what you expect nor your prior history w other GLPs.
Ive only ever taken Reta & at a small dose & it has been super solid
David8877I agree.
I took trizepitide first for 4ish months and it was incredibly effective. All it seemed to do was change my desire to eat and nothing else. It. Never affected desire to train, training intensity, and it just made dieting a no brainer. I took reta 3 days ago and it has essentially installed cravings, I am exhausted, and..thats about it lol but everyone seems super confident i just need to keep doing what needs to be done and ill see more results than I did on the triz
Reta was a game changer for me. Didnt give me the same "life numbing" feeling that oz or tirz did. I had next to no side effects other than being tired the day after I pinned. Im a reta die hard.
How much did you take initially? Do you normally struggle to keep to your diet?
As I got older I found it harder to lose weight. Busy with life and work stress. I ran it for like 4 months. Started at 1mg and got to 4 by the end. Lost 35 lbs. I’m on a bulk now but will immediately add it to my protocol once it’s time to cut.
I thought the same when I started using Reta and I felt the appetite suppressant was missing but ended up cutting 20lbs in 5 weeks. What I realized is that for me anyway I would still feel hunger but got satiated quickly and that the 3rd agonist Reta hits is very effective. It is definitely more effective than Tirz and Sema. You just don’t feel repulsed by food on Reta
Triz as stronger appetite suppression, it's kind of that simple. Reta works well, though, without the same suppression. I just can't gain weight on Reta.
Hows your diet on reta? Do you usually have the discipline to maintain your diet without it?
Reta made me insanely hungry and crave sweets, jacked up my rhr, and gave me insomnia. I switched to tirz and I have great suppression and no sides.
I dont have insomnia and mu rhr is still pretty normal but I am definitely wildly hungry, craving junk, and very fatigued. Triz was a fucking miracle drug and I already wish I just would have left well enough alone. Im super worried I wont hit my 9% bf goal feeling like this.
Just order some tirz man, great peptide source on here. I lost a lot of progress with reta because I would stick to my diet for a day or two then binge hardcore because the cravings were so bad. If that sounds like you I would recommend eating at maintenance until you can get some tirz so you're not going crazy like I was.
How long were you on it? Im actually 4 weeks into a maintenance break and when I got the reta it was go time. I have 6 weeks to get where I want so regardless what happens im gonna stick to my diet. I think what im most concerned about is reta making it hard to train and which would snowball into a reduction of NEAT, my calorie deficit not being enough, yadayada etc. Since its only 6 weeks then I cant afford for one week to not be effective. I have triz right now but im basically saddeled with the results of reta for a week. Idk man I was just super pumped about having 6 weeks left. Its been 4 months but ultimately youre probably right.
From my experience. You think it’s not doing anything for a bit. Then one day you’ll realize you haven’t eaten anything. Or even though about food. I tell people to give it 4 weeks before you even really give it any thought. Then all of a sudden you’ll be like damn where’d these 10lbs go. And you’re off to the races after that.
I only have 6 weeks to complete my task and I only need to lose 8ish more pounds of fat before I run a maintenance for a few weeks to a month which may be where reta truly would have shinned. Maybe I should have just stuck with triz
You should not really "feel" Reta. It does help a little with appetite suppression but it works in the background. Weight yourself once a week while on it and you will see you are losing 3-5 lbs
Can I take them both then? I loved the way triz made me feel and I love the benefits of reta but ive never been this lean and I used to be morbidly obese so my food noise is hitting pretty hard. Im doing fine because I have the habits in place and my goals are too important but id rather just not deal with it and 3mgs of triz would sweep that shit away like yesterday's trash
You can take them both but there is no need to. If you have legit Reta and you go and pig down, you will end up with diarrhea.
I can attest to this lol. About 8 Busch Lights and some greasy pizza at a get-together last night and I’m currently pissing out my asshole as I type. Lesson learned.
I guess my concern is that my goal is to get down to 9% body fat within the next 6 weeks. Im very close but I wouldnt even have to "pig out" and ill only make it to 11%. I heard it helps eith nutrient partitioning and obviously the glucagon agonist helps as well. I have a job that keeps me super busy so that plus low calories plus hard training have had me spear pretty thin and my research on reta indicated it would kind of help with those thing in addition to appetite suppression. Any thoughts?
Yeah you should eat some carbs while on reta it helps it work better and just so you know, you are talking to someone who lost 60lbs on Reta alone. So if you keep the diet in check, workout hard and use Reta you will get there.
Dammit man! Youre asking me to be disciplined! Trizepitide made that unnecessary! Ugh fine! Ill just say another prayer to the gods of the gains to give me strength and lean-ness. But so help me if I dont make it to 9% body fat in the next 6 weeks......im gonna be real sad about it! So...
It's simple, dont buy shit food. Reta works trust the process.
Sir yes sir Coach!!
Just keep using the Reta it’s there trust me. It takes a few weeks to truly build up in your system and for you to notice it, especially from coming off Tirz. It was the same with me, I was on Tirz for 10 weeks before I swapped over, and when I did I thought the same thing. I thought Reta sucked or maybe my Reta was bunk, but nope just takes time. Tirz is so powerful at reducing appetite it makes the swap over to Reta feel pointless. The Reta suppresses appetite, but just more subtly it’s hard to notice at first, it’s there but almost like it’s not. One thing you can’t deny is your RHR, when I went over to Reta mine spiked by 10BPM from 63 to 73.
Oh thats interesting. I wonder why or how it does that. So do you think its gonna be a problem that I went straight to 5mg of reta? Now I feel like its gonna be like I took more acid because I didnt feel it in 30 minutes. If I had only waited I would have been fine but now im buckled in for the next 80 hours lol
What was your Tirz dose? I’m on 4mg of Reta right now, and the appetite suppression feels like 3mg Tirz. You might be okay depending on how use you was to the Tirz.
I titrated up pretty slow but the last 4 weeks I was on 5mg. Which I was about to start moving downward until I found eroids and then reta lol
