Hey Bros, when you guy's meal prep do you freeze or refrigerate? I always refrigerate but by the end of the week the meat always ends up a lil dry. Any input is appreciated ----

Try keeping meat in an airtight container. Zip lock bags could work too.

so i cook everyday for the whole day
I cook my chicken on the grill fairly fast and it's juicy the whole week.. by the time the coals die down a bit I put the salmon on and it comes out good also.
I make foil packs of brussel sprouts and jalapenos and my wife does the rest.. well she does it all I just start the fire and watch the meat LMAO... Then she gets a good rubdown with coconut oil and is also very juicy when I flip her over...
Romano735Personally I refrigerate and I cook in large proportion my food for vegetable, potatoes, rice , chicken, salmon and beef
I do my Tupperware day by day with the food cooked and I add oil and some condiment.
I can eat for five or 6 days with it.
When you done directly your boxes of food for the week with oil, the last days the food will be to trash.
TricepatopsDepends on how much food you make? Some people are lucky enough to be able to do it ever couple of days and others once a week because of time. But freeze about three days at a time and refrigerate three days.
When I prep meals I only do a few days at a time and refridge.
