The instructions for reconstitution should be provided by the manufacturer of the medication or by a healthcare professional. If you are unsure about how much sterile water to mix with
A simple method involves combining 2ml of bacteriostatic water with the Semaglutide powder. This allows for easy measurement, where 0.25mg can be conveniently represented by 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. Similarly, 0.5mg corresponds to 20 units, while 0.75mg amounts to 30 units.
To ensure a gradual increase in dosage, it is advisable to maintain each level of 0.25mg for a period of four weeks before progressing to the next level. Incorporating a 0.75mg level can serve as a beneficial intermediate step before transitioning to the 1mg dosage.
