Bridge Dosing?

ad

How many of you have bridged your test? Say you're aiming for 400 weekly, are you starting at 100, and bridging up weekly to your desired dose?

Spool's picture

This thread is fucking dumb. Bridging-WTF. Titrating-NO.

If you’re using Test E or Test C then the ester will do the titrating for you.

Always makes me laugh when I see guy's throwing around Gear 'Term's' trying to look like they know what they are talking about when they clearly don't have a clue and get themselves tongue tied after about 2 lines. Stop talking about competing too when you haven't even run a First bloody cycle yet or even know what it feels like to run Anabolic Steroids - it just looks stupid.

Massa Ron's picture

I disagree. I will go on the record and say that 200 mg per week is a cycle for most guys who are introducing exogenous testosterone for the first time. This is the case because a first time user will be comfortably above the reference range. If 200mg per week puts you into supraphysiological hormone levels then what should it be called? If you don’t start with a lower dose and see what kind of results you can get then you will lose the opportunity to find your minimum effective exposure. Get the most out of as little as possible and give yourself room for escalation later. People smarter and more experienced than I am may disagree with the mg number but very few of the legit dudes on here will disagree with my logic.

Wtf lol. You serious?

Milfpounder's picture

Nowhere in your outrageous advice did you ask, nor did you mention anything about bloods, health etc. reckless ASF.

So your advice is "if you get headaches at 750mg/wk get in some cardio"?

Don't monitor BP, don't get bloodwork, just put a lil cardio in the mix if you start getting headaches lol

I'm suprised you aren't a pro coach.

Milfpounder's picture

You don't even know the basics

Shut it down and maybe try coming back at a later date to mooch free gear. There are ranges of opinion on these forums and some respectful disagreement but posting dangerous nonsense as accepted wisdom will not get you far.

I take it back. I appreciate your wisdom. This is a gem.

Some of us are middle aged men who are aware that what we write on these forums may be read by some kid too young to even post. Don’t confuse my opinion on what is best practice for me telling you that you’re not free to do whatever you choose to do. Whatever tickles your pickle is what I say. If you have a compelling reason why shooting a gram of tren subq straight into the scrotum on day one of your first cycle is better than a more conservative approach then state your case. Also, what kind of fag are you if you’re scared of a bunch of dudes who blow each other?

So this will be your first ever cycle? If so, yes, 12 weeks of test only. Then cut it. You wont lose your gains if you continue training and eating right, and do a proper pct. You want to have in depth labs done before and then again after. This will tell you how your body responds to the gear, and show what markers youll need to address on your next cycle.

400....boom. 12 weeks max...boom....pct

No08's picture

You can run a growth phase for a hell of a lot longer than 12 weeks. Bloods and other health markers such as imaging are the best things to go by.

Sounds like you’re really new to this. Your terminology is incorrect and your approach is skewed.

Get a good lifting program in place. Make lifting a daily habit. Get your diet on point. Make it a lifestyle. Continue to do research and evaluate your dedication.

Are you willing to blast and cruise and run trt for the rest of your life? Or are you just wanting to run a cycle and pct off completely? Have you done any cycles before? Have you had any bloodwork done?

There’s lots to unpack here.

If you’re competing then nothing said above is relevant to you. My growth phases are 20-24 weeks. The range is only because I’ll get sick of eating to grow and then there’s no point in continuing to push drugs if I can’t push food. But I need a ton of food. I just lost 2.7lbs the last two weeks averaging 5200 calories a day. Doing that while staying under 100g of fat is a chore. Then I’ll cruise, which is definitely higher than a real TRT dose, then go into cutting phase. If you really want to do the lifestyle then the diet never has a break. Clean diet is the major factor in keeping health markers in check while never fully coming off like suggested above. And keep ancillaries on hand like BP meds, cholesterol meds, etc. Also just doing bloodwork is no longer sufficient. You’ll need echos, uACR tests, and any other organ imaging you’re concerned about (liver if you’re slamming orals, which you really don’t need to be except for last few weeks leading up to the show).

I’m assuming, since you’re asking that question, that you don’t currently compete but are looking to get into it?

SeeOhShow's picture

If you got a coach then you should be good to go. However, someone else on here recently got a coach online and then posted what their coach was telling them and it was complete bullshit. So if it seems off, absolutely question it. Don’t just blindly follow anything they say just because they’re a “coach”. Don’t be afraid to fire them and move on. And don’t sign up for any of those like year long commitment type coaching scams

@Petecastiglione competes and just took first place in his show. He might be able to give some coaching recommendations if you friend request him and shoot him a pm. @sheva too. They’re both cool dudes.

We all will agree though the order of importance is and will always be: food/nutrition, training/recovery, and then gear

Jockstrap's picture

At 150lbs you've got a lot of growing prior to even consider trt

Jockstrap's picture

Im saying you gotta eat for the sport. At 5ft 3 I was fully sponsored bodybuilder at 160lbs sub 4% which at 10% had me around 175. At 5ft 8 eat your way up around 190 with a rock solid lifting routine and REALLY grow.

Jockstrap's picture

Cap? You're not even up on pounds to be near a cap. That would suggest near max.

Titrating is the word you're looking for.

Just jump right in to your target dose. You only got 16-20 weeks, no reason to waste time starting low

Theres no need to titrate at all. It shouldnt be a thing

Exactly. Pinning Enanthate or cypionate basically titrates itself up over three ish weeks.

That's why sustanon is the fukn bees knees baby. No waiting around.

Jockstrap's picture

Only if user knows how to use sust. And I wouldn't tell a newby to try it. Lol

Milfpounder's picture

True...

Racekid's picture

Been running test E for awhile ordered the sus 450 would you mind giving a little advice on it?

Milfpounder's picture

It's just a mix of test esters, and since it has short esters it needs to be pinned every single day. So if you're new and pinning virgin muscle or have bad pinning technique it will be a big hassle for you.

But if you are able to keep up with the pinning demands, it's great for blasting. Good "on" feeling with it.

450mg....
