I just recieved my first bottle of Semaglutide anyone know how much sterile water to mix in a 10ml Vile?

hi there i am new as you will know from my following question but i need some help, PLEASE!
i just bought a couple of vials of 10ml 1mg semaglutide. i have read a load of stuff and also watched loads of videos but i have just confused myself. i am looking to know how much i should put in a 1ml syringe to get 0.25 of semaglutide. please go easy on me i am just nervous about doing to much, thanks for all your help

To ensure a gradual increase in dosage, it is advisable to maintain each level of 0.25mg for a period of four weeks before progressing to the next level. Incorporating a 0.75mg level can serve as a beneficial intermediate step before transitioning to the 1mg dosage.
