How fast to increase metabolism overtime?
So right now I'm eating pretty much to the max of what my body can take. Increasing anymore and I'd grow sideways in the worst possible way. My life style calls for three meals a day with room for a fourth @bedtime. Without logging here is my current break down. Essentially I'd like to know how to add that forth meal at bedtime. If that means cutting down my rice intake and looking how I carb load during workouts so be it.
Morning - why isolate
Breakfast - 3-4 eggs, 4oz turkey, cheese, multi grain bagel or thick bread
Whey isolate two hours post breakfast
Lunch - 6-8oz chicken, one cup white rice, half cup lentils
Whey isolate two hours post lunch
Dinner - 6-8oz chicken, one cup white rice, half cup lentils
Why isolate two hours post dinner
Post dinner: 1 1/2, 2 cups whole milk cottage cheese with some good slices of pineapple
Post dinner is sometimes not happening with my metabolic rate right now. A blessing in disguise as it means I'm probably eating more then enough to keep my body occupied.
I don't drink fruit juice or milk. It's mostly water, tea and black coffee.
Pre workout fuel isn't often needed unless it's leg day. Where right now it's just a Cliff Builders Bar pre and post a long with another heaping scoop of whey isolate. Unless I'm really stuck between needing carbs for a workout; it's typically two bananas with protein for pre carb fuel.
Making gains and the only thing I really worry about is enough quality protein to help rebuild during recovery. I am looking for just enough carbs to scrape by without actually being in a deficit.

Empty stomach cardio for some months
It’s a slow process. Just stay vigilant with diet and routine.
Eren.
That's a lot of whey. Whey is good to supplement not getting enough protein. I do not think it should be consumed 3-4 times a day when you could replace it with meat or other sources of protein. Quality food will always be better than supplements.
Some great ways to increase your metabolism are to move more and put on more muscle. Personally, I think eating more carbs and a lower amount of fat allows me to eat more calories and do more activity while still having energy but that probably doesn’t work for everybody. I’d stop worrying about your metabolic rate and all the other stuff you can’t control and focus on what you can: your diet, sleep and lifting and cardio routines. Slow and steady wins the race and you’re more likely to keep gains that you had to really work for anyway, or at least that’s how I think about it
anvilRemove the move fast from your bodybuilding vocabulary , and replace with consistent. Nothing comes fast, even with gear I would be happy to gain a few LBs of pure muscle tissue per year. It is stacking it up year after year that creates a quality look.
Plus troll efforts add in boredom....
anvilEasy to inject crap, nothing else about this is easy..only the real ones know brother.
