Here's another option, Bro. How about a shake using 5% Nutrition Real Carbs + Protein. Use 2 scoop of the powder, that's 500 calories, 60g carbs, and 42g protein. Add your favorite fruit, some Greek yogurt and some oats, and you can adjust the macros any way you like. It's quick, it's easy, and it's low sugar.

A meal that I eat a lot of is White Jacket potatoe skins with plenty of potatoe still on them topped with cheese and Jalapeno's & butter, Southern fried & Hot and spicy coated chicken breast, Side of pasta with tomatoe and cheddar cheese all with Sweet chilli sauce. Then afterwards Raspberry and Vanilla Ice cream Dirol

I'd say Mass Gainers are the best for this purpose. Otherwise, rice and chicken or Spaghetti.
