Elon6419Hi everyone, here I can tell you some of the high carbohydrates and high protein meals that you can use;
1. Chicken breast and Meat is good to get high protein and carbohydrates.
2. High carbohydrates vegetables like sweet potatoes.
3. Pasta, spaghetti, and brown rice.
4. You can also eat grilled chicken and steak.
Spaghetti 16oz and half a pound of ground meat. Used to be my go to for cheap bulking.
Here's another option, Bro. How about a shake using 5% Nutrition Real Carbs + Protein. Use 2 scoop of the powder, that's 500 calories, 60g carbs, and 42g protein. Add your favorite fruit, some Greek yogurt and some oats, and you can adjust the macros any way you like. It's quick, it's easy, and it's low sugar.

500 g chilled cottage cheese
5-10 grams of rice flour
one egg
stevia to taste
We move everything and sculpt not big pies.
Fry on each side for 3-5 minutes in coconut oil.

Mix the following incredients and cook them in a waffle iron
- 30g of chocolate flavored protein powder
- 80g of chocolate flavored oat flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 150g of cottage cheese
Then add 3 teaspoons of honey on top of your waffles
Kcal : 850 Kcal ; Prot : 56g ; carbs : 110g ; fats : 21g

Plain Greek yogurt with cinnamon, fruit, cashews, walnuts and maybe some oats.

Wannagethuger2 serving rice, 1 serving mixed veg (I use frozen they have less sodium then canned), 2 whole egg, 4 oz of lean ground turkey, and some type of G Hughes low cal sauce (his Teriyaki sauce goes great with this) Makes a damn good egg fried rice. Around 700cals that goes down with ease.
A meal that I eat a lot of is White Jacket potatoe skins with plenty of potatoe still on them topped with cheese and Jalapeno's & butter, Southern fried & Hot and spicy coated chicken breast, Side of pasta with tomatoe and cheddar cheese all with Sweet chilli sauce. Then afterwards Raspberry and Vanilla Ice cream

I'd say Mass Gainers are the best for this purpose. Otherwise, rice and chicken or Spaghetti.

SwoljaboyNot sure where you are from but Where I am in US they sell Protein Pasta. I usually get me some of that and then I throw some chicken breast in with the pasta. Make sure its protein pasta. Also Egg salad sandwich, Tuna Sandwich, Honey has a lot of carbs in it. Put some honey in protein shakes. Like he said below Potato sweet potato, Ill get dirty sometimes and put a can of tuna mixed in with mac and cheese.
8 oz. steak with a sweet potato and sour cream + cheese! All you need bro to hit those macros!
