So I've been off gear 6 months and started back up and forgot how bad I can get backed up and uncomfortable. Easter day and barely wanna eat which is not what I want considering try to add some size. So I was just wondering what everyone uses that helps keep regular? Whether on or off cycle? Thanks

Get some good digestive enzymes mate they soften shit up literally . I got mine from Amazon take one with every meal and I’m regular as clock work 3 times a day

Thanks. Yeah I was reading about them and might possibly pick them up. They don't seem to to pricey. I believe (not 100%) it helps with heartburn too. So that would be another plus.

Are you taking orals. I’ve gotten to the point where the orals effect my liver and then I guess your liver can make your bowels stop constricting all together so you have almost no movement. I was shifting like two marbles a week. I was in PAIN for months only shitting tiny tiny amounts and rarely. I stopped the orals like two weeks ago and I have now shit huge amounts 6 days in a row!! And I’m a very very happy guy now lol

But anyways you need fiber, but if your already very constipated then you may want to avoid the fiber because it may be too late and can make things worse if you have total blockage. So fiber, TONS of water, lots of activity, and a heating pad. That should get you moving. If not, then try biscodal pills and if still nothing, than magnesium citrate and then if STILL nothing (which would be really bad) then you need a biscodal suppository

Yeah I'm taking anadrol. It's not that I'm completely backed up I've been going every 3 maybe 4 days about. It's that uncomfortable feeling of the days in between. I've been eating a little more so maybe my stomach is in some kinda shock stage lol. I think a fiber supplement is something to def throw into my mix and add some more water a day to it. Thanks

Fiber without water can actually make things worse, you need water!!! Like a lot. Also I just recently realized a fiber supplement is like 3grams of fiber which is very little so you still need a lot fiber in your diet. It’s easier to stay regular then try and work backwards and I never took it seriously and it really effected my gains because I just couldn’t eat much till it was resolved. Water and fiber should keep you good tho
