Diet doesn’t work anymore

ad

Hello guys !

After many years of eating a lot of fast food I have decided to start a new life style.
I had about 130 kg almost 2 months ago and in about 2 months I loosed about 25 kg .
I have a very good diet . Having about 1800 kcal a day , less carb minimum 110 g of proteins training constantly, I only eat in an interval of 8 hours a day, but on the last 3 weeks I haven’t loosed weight…

I tried many medications in these 3 weeks cuz I haven’t seen any improvements naturally like clenbuterol , T3 etc but helped me just a bit . So are pointless for me so I stopped them . Now I reached about 100 kg and I dropped the kcal number of 1500 but still doesn’t work .

I know that is not healthy to use any medication or to loose weight too fast but now is a serious problem in 2 months I must be at 80 kg in order to perform a surgery .

Any suggestions to loose some weight fast as I have to do this surgery, is very important for me .

Thanks waiting for your advices !

You need to fast and have protein smoothies bro....just curious how tall are you?
Stay away from fast burning carbs and saturated fats....
Only liquid intake should be water and nothing else.
Walk, Walk & Walk......
No Clen or T3 needed you will not see the benefits unless your BF is low to begin with, yes it will help to a certain extent (if running a high does) but you are heavy already and it is not good for your heart...

Good Luck...

I went through the same thing last year. A few years of depression and dating pushed my weight up to about 270lbs. I decided to diet and get back in the gym the first 2 months of shock dieting and I lost about 40lbs. Then plateued for a few months asked for help here posted my diet in detail and the guys helped out letting me know I wasn't eating near enough. Upped my cals to 2500 and the weight started coming off again now. I also keep my drugs to a minimum and I'm slowly putting on size.without getting super fat again. I've been using gear for 10 years always thought I had a good diet because.it felt like I was eating alot but once you start counting calories you can see its still not nearly enough. Diet is king

If this is for some kind of Surgery such as Heart etc then the Doctors will normally give you some kind of diet to follow in order for you to lose all this weight quickly. I worked with guys who use to do this diet one of them had for a Heart Bypass surgery - it was 2 meals a day consisting of Salad with NO dressing or sauce, with 2 boiled eggs. They would go from healthy looking blokes to skeletal in around 3 weeks of doing this. How long you can manage it is down to sheer willpower and determination. Another route I would recommend that I assume is just as punishing is getting either a Semiglutide or Liraglutide pen. Judging by the results all these celebs are getting it will soon shift weight off you, bare in mind it works by shutting off your appetite so your barely eat anything. Both options sound horrible to me but if you HAVE to do it then that will make the difference!!

Diet always works if you know what you are doing. Dude is already banned Lol but for the rest you learn about insulin sensitivity and starvation mode and how to overcome them. The two biggest hurdles for a successful cut.

Diet is absolutely everything. Gear is just the cherry on top. If I fast for a whole 24hrs my stomach tightens up like a convicts asshole when he goes to prison for the first time. When I drop carbs I lose weight fast. As long as I keep my protein intake around 300g I look pretty damn decent

Dropping 20kg in 2 months sounds crazy, good luck on your journey and always remember to prioritize your health

The calorie deficit should make it, just patience brother, it will come with time
