+ 1 When will bloods first show a significant rise in Testosterone?

I just pinned 150mg Test E for the very first time three days ago, and I am going to pin 150mg for a second time tomorrow as close to 3.5 days apart as I can. And then every 3.5 days after.
Will the first two shots raise my testosterone enough to be obvious on a test? Or is it slower releasing than that? I'm not bothered about free testosterone, I will get a more comprehensive bloods done further down the line. Just want to verify as quickly as possible I'm not injecting "bunk" gear with a simple testosterone check.

Just to update, in case anyone reads this in the future.
I did a basic Testosterone and Oestradiol test 24hrs after the 4th shot (150mg every 3.5 days), so only 1.5 weeks into the cycle and the results came back confirming the gear was good which is what I was looking for, now i can relax knowing I'm injecting actual gear. Will do the next full panel in 5 or 6 weeks:
Testosterone 52> (8.64 - 29 nmol/L)
Oestradiol 193 (41.4 - 159 pmol/L)

What I wanted to avoid was waiting 4 to 6 weeks and 8 to 12 injections to do blood tests to find out if the gear is bunk or not. I was wondering what is the earliest time you could take a test and verify the gear is good (or bad) through bloods.
I just pinned the second dose 10 mins ago, would a simple (one biomarker; testosterone) blood test tomorrow reveal elevated testosterone enough to verify the product?

Sure but it wont show full blood serum levels you get with 5-6 weeks.

At first you'll be shutting down your own production while the test e starts building up its levels. In 5 to 6 weeks your levels will peak. Get a blood test at that time.

You’d see it on a blood test the day after the first injection. Test E peaks in about 24 hours, and slowly goes down over about a week.
It takes a while though for maximum concentration with a long ester like cyp or E. Using https://www.steroidplotter.com/ you can see it takes about 3 weeks (6 injections) to reach close to maximum on your cycle.
If you have a baseline testosterone level already, I’d expect a significant change after your first shot, and def your second. Take the test 24hrs after you pin to get peak concentrations.

Study half-lives. If he's taking a hypothetical drug on the day of the half-life, there's half of the previous injection still in his system.
below is not scientific but illustrates why it takes so long for a long ester like test e or c to reach peak levels. And likewise, for its tapering down to normal levels after the injections stop. Although you can see something in 24 hours your body is shutting down production as your working on obtaining peak levels. Better to wait 5 or 6 weeks. You'll get a better understanding of what your cycle peak levels are and not just one shot. And what if the blood draw comes before your body peaks or after? Are you really sure? Better to wait until your levels are "stable".
