List of ailments, what would you recommend? Deca?

ad

Here's my TLDR fundamental question:

Can I do the following stack (I see a single vial that has this combo) per week (split across 2 pins) on cycle without needing AI (I have some on hand), not getting Deca Dick, and not bloating too much? Then maybe continue with half those dosages for a cruise afterward.

Testosterone Enanthate 120mg
Testosterone Cypionate 120mg
Nandrolone Decanoate 160mg
...................................

Now here's a touch more information as to why I'm asking.

Just started my first cycle, 300mg per wk Test-e. Entering week 4 with my 7th shot this evening. Once I have decided this cycle is over, I'm going to taper down to an indefinite cruise.

Not using any AI yet as no symptoms.

As I'm starting to learn more, I'm probably too eager to push this further, but have questions regardless.

I have pain, from various injuries and sports, they hold me back somewhat which is frustrating when you want to go a bit harder, currently on a weeks break from climbing from golfers elbow.

  • Post-traumatic arthritis in the subtalar joint. (8 years)
  • Bulging disc at c5/c6 , arm pain when inflamed (Diagnosed 3 years ago but problem longer)
  • Knee issues, more ligament than cartilage (12 years)
  • Hip Pain (15 years)
  • Sacroiliac Joint Pain/ lower lower back pain (16 years)
  • Golfers elbow (this year)

Now I trying to read about the best Anbolics for reducing inflammation in general. Right now I'm using diclofenac and/or strong co-codamol (for the pain) when I need it.

I'm liking the idea of Deca as it seems the most common for joints and collagen and inflammation reduction, but not so much the tendons. I'm not liking the idea of Deca dick or excessive bloat. I'm not doing this cycle and then cruising for body-building aesthetics, more sporting performance and feeling young again.

I'm open to other suggestions of course, other AAS, I don't know much of anything about HGH or SARMs but I defiantly know I don't want to risk HGH gut.

So what do you guys think or recommend?

Cheers

Thanks for the replies, after some further thought I have lent away from Deca for now.

It's just the latest golfers elbow that's screwwing me at the moment. The others were listing for listings sake as if there were to be any benefit for them it would have been great.

It's just so frustrating getting all excited about starting your first cycle, hopefully having performance improve and then getting stopped from doing the sport you intended to do!

For some reason I just don't like the Deca Test shit. I prefer more test than Deca. Maybe you'd be better to control your intake by going separate shots..Just my thoughts as I'm no guru.

Issues in my right knee bud come from left hip. If slightly feels like I have one leg longer than the other.
It’s very frustrating but just got to get on with it.

Funnily enough it's my left knee and right hip.....although I know what I did to injured my left knee...

You are only on week 4 of your first cycle....enjoy and pump the brakes some with thinking "more drugs"

More isn't better and no compound will make your hip pain, back issues, shoulder problems, and bulging discs better. They will only mask the issue and make it worse actually. Optimize your diet, to prevent inflammation as much as possible, and maybe losing some body weight. It will mitigate the knee issue some, possibly the hip as well. Less weight on the knees....the better.

"More drugs" should be last thing on your plan considering the slew of issues you've mentioned. Good luck

You are perfectly right. Most of my injuries I can live with and do stuff around. The one that's really pissing me off is this golfers elbow, so frustrating, just put a stop to bouldering which is what I wanted to primarily get stronger for. Cheers for the reply.

I’ve been reading up on knee pain since I have knee issues and it’s progressively gotten worse. At 41 I’m trying to slow it down. Not really painful now and I can squat with no issues but I know I need to take care. No more running for me and I really miss that.
One thing that really stuck out to me was a 10lbs loss in body weight is like removing 30-40lbs of weight at the knee. That is insane to me. 80% of our weight is supported by our knees.

I have left over numbness down my left arm from a trapped nerve 18 months ago. For about 5 month I couldn’t even push myself off a wall with one hand on that side. It was that bad, No matter how hard I tried. I remember reading it can take up to 2 years for strength to return and even when it does it may not be 100%. It’s probably about 85% returned.
I was thinking HGH might aid in recovery. Only when I feel confident in my knowledge will I purchase some.

My disc stopped me doing all sport a few summers back which is when I went to get it checked, I couldn't use a computer mouse at work for more than 5 minutes, had to lower my arm back down off the table. It's still there, I'm just really conscious of doing anything whip lashy and making sure I warm up properly before exercise. I was offered a replacement disc but for me the risk/reward isn't quite good enough yet.
