I am thinking of running my first cycle with Test E 500 mg/week and Mesterolone 50 mg every day for 15 weeks.
I have 5000 IU of HCG and I am thinking of pinning 500 IU per week during the last 10 weeks of the cycle. Should I start with the first Test injection and use it only for the first 10 weeks, or lower the dose to 300 IU and use it for the full 15 weeks?
I will have Arimidex on hand, and after waiting for my testosterone to saturate, I am thinking of taking half a pill (0.5 mg) every 4 or 5 days.
Before the cycle, I will do bloodwork to learn my baseline.
Do I need to use topical finasteride to prevent hair loss?
Do you think this cycle needs a PCT, or will the in-cycle HCG be enough? Should I do a PCT with Nolvadex or Enclomiphene?

Dude, you need to do some research. You don’t have a very good plan.
Really depends on a lot of factors, don't add anything else unless you know you need it. Start with the test see how your body reacts and do bloodwork. You might not need an AI or very little not very often. You might also have your prolactin go up and need caber like I did. How old are you? Are you trying to maintain really strong fertility? Is that the reasoning for the HCG and Enclo? And every cycle needs a PCT if you're not going to be on a cruise dose or aren't on TRT. I wouldn't worry about finasteride unless you already have hair loss or it's super common in your family, even then only take it if you need to. I have never taken anything for my hair and I have super thick full head of hair. Everyone is different. You just need to start with the Test and see how your body does and what your bloods look like. Then add other compounds slowly and one at a time. Just my personal opinion.
