Looking for advice

ad

35yo on test e 250mg/wk recently just started back up. Out of shape over weight looking to cut weight in a quick but safe/healthy way, getting back into the gym and just starting to work on my diet basically I’m wondering if it’s worth it to go in semaglutide also I have a gk holy trinity cut stake but I would like to weight on that until I’m back into the rhythm of everything. Asking because as I get older I’ve put on weight like crazy and it’s way harder to lose it. I used to be around 230lb and now I’m around 275lb and the weight came on out of no where with no change in diet or anything.. just looking for advice.. thank anyone for replying in advance

I’ve got a Cut Mix on the way that I am going to try in spring possibly after my second cycle. I am kind of scared of all the diffferent Semas, Tirz, and Retas. People do see insane results from them but at what cost I wonder. Sounds like you need cardio and more cardio along with a diet adjustment. My plan is keep bulking/developing for the winter. Hard cut: Diet and Cardio going into summer.

First, calculate your calorie maintenance level and learn to count macros. Keep your diet 500–800 calories below your maintenance level. Ensure your protein intake is at least 25% higher than your carb intake. Avoid eating carbs before bed. Count the calories for everything you consume.

Before eating in the morning, do moderate to intense cardio for 2 hours. When you get back, have a protein shake and make sure to count the calories. Prepare a meal that includes a balance of carbs, protein, and fats. You can follow a 45% carbs, 45% protein, and 10% fats ratio.

For lunch, aim for 60% protein, 35% carbs, and 5% fats. For dinner, stick to just protein—think chicken and broccoli.

Follow this routine strictly for 3 months without any cheating. Stick to the plan, and before you know it, you’ll see the results. Bob’s your uncle!
