Help with PCT - Test var

Hey everybody!
Looking to grab my PCT stuff and would love some advice.
Been on TRT 3 years. Started a cycle 4 weeks ago
4 weeks into 400 Cyp/wk. Just added 12.5 var twice a day and gonna run cycle 6 more weeks. pin every 2 days. and if no morning "wood" I add .25 anastrozole. Blood work looking good. Been thinking of upping the Var to 25 twice a day??
Never ran a PCT before and last cycle I did, I had to use anastrozol, I know my estrogen went high.
Should I use clomid, Nor? If anybody could help me schedule it out I would greatly appreciate it. So many knowledgeable people here. I plan to stop cycle on November 18th.

You said you have been on trt for 3 years, if you are dropping back to your trt dose after your cycle you don't need to PCT. PCT is only needed if you are going to come completely off test when your cycle is done otherwise just drop back down to your trt dose and call it done and don't blast again until your bloodwork looks good.
ArchdukeSo this is my planned PCT, don’t remember where exactly I first saw it.
The day after you cycle ends (Nov 19) start 500 IU of HCG EOD for 2 weeks.
2 weeks after your last shot (Dec 2 maybe?) you start Tamoxifen at 20mg a day for 3 weeks, and then at 10mg for 1 week
Enclomiphene at 25mg a day for 3 weeks, and then at
12.5mg for 1 weeks
Enclomiphene is harder to source but seems like it’d be a better option.
This is a PCT for a 16 week cycle so you will need a longer PCT but maybe my two cents helped
