Found some crazy lumps near my junk. Need advice ASAP

Hey all,
About 2 months ago I started taking 500/mg of test weekly.
.30 on a 100cc/1ml syringe daily of 250/mg of test E. I've been feeling great however in the shower today I noticed my left testicles had shrunk dramatically compared to my right. Also directly left of my junk and as high up on my scodum as possible I found 2 inch lumps that definitely weren't there last month. Worried and debating on going back to to 250/mg a weeks on a cruise again. Bee on TRT for 4 years never did a cycle of 500/mg before. Looking for advice.

If its something you have recently noticed then that's all the more reason to go and get it checked out, if it had been there for years and stayed the same size its not that much of a big deal believe it or not. Its when the lumps grow there is a problem. Just shave your pubes off and get in the shower beforehand lol I had me 'balls felt a year ago by a blonde Doctor and I think she enjoyed it as much as I did LMFAO

Could be the epididymis. When your testicle shrink it becomes more pronounced. It is usually on the top part of your testicle. Still get it checked.
Throw that Test in the toilet and get some HCG and proviron right away. All kidding aside, get the lumps checked out ASAP

If you were doing 250 mg weekly for the previous 4 years, I would be pretty confident that your testes would have already be atrophied. The left one has lost size only since you jumped up to 500 mg?
Sorry man, that sounds bizarre. Your testicle(s) shrinking is/are normal, but sounds like someone told you to grow a pair and you took it literal, and now you have an extra set of bollocks. Maybe I’m reading it wrong, but I have never experienced that nor have I ever heard of that happening.
Does it have any color or is it just normal skin color? A few times I’ve gotten things like that but there a little reddish or almost purple and they go away but seem to be some type of pimple-like thing or clogged pore or something
Honestly there like hard little nodules. Almost like when you dose and the injection side is hard lump. I was just concerned cuz it on the exact same side as the smaller testicle. No pain just irritating if I touch one nodules. There are light red and one of them is weeping like an ingrown hair
Bro completely disregard what I said, I read it wrong, mine was on my thigh, two inches away, not a two inch growth on your scrotum, that’s bad. Within a couple days I’d get that checked out
I think these might be similar to things I’ve had, idk what causes them but the just go away and there only next my nuts for some reason, I’ve gotten them like 5 times and theses usually more than one at time and both sides

Holy shit I read that all wrong, that’s nothing like what I had. I thought he said 2 inches away from his nutsack. Not on it and TWO INCHES IN SIZE, ya that’s def not good. What I had was on my thigh and was similar to an ingrown hair but with no hair, like the size of a pimple or a pea.
I don’t think there a big deal, I’ve gotten similar things in my armpit before I think. There’s just like a sweat thing, like sweat clogging a pore or something, I’m almost positive it’s something like that and not some sort of growth or anything
