First Cycle - Test E - Needing Advice/Guidance Please

ad

Hey guys,

Little bit about me quick. I am 23 and a beginner to all of this. This is going to be my first cycle ever and haven't managed to find anyone in my gym who will give me any advice so I was wondering if anyone here will be able to and just give this a look over. This is a cycle I have put together from the research I have gathered online. Could anyone just give me any advice on my timings (also bloodwork timings), dosages and just generally what I am going to be taking. I would really appreciate it. Btw, the * means maybe needed depending on what happens pretty much.

A few questions/concerns I have:

To take note is that I sadly got gyno during puberty and I am quite concerned if 12.5mg 1x a week on a Monday morning will be enough and also if I do end up needing it, should I really be taking it after an injection either on the Wednesday or Saturday. I really don't want anymore gyno as I haven't had any removed.

Another concern I have will Clomid alone at 50mg for the 1st 2 weeks and then 25mg for the 3rd and 4th week be enough for a PCT? I was going to extend it to 6 weeks depending on bloodwork I get back.

Also the timings for HCG and Aromasin. Should I be starting on the 4th week for HCG and running it right up to the PCT? And should I also be running Aromasin (if I need it), right up to the PCT too?

Thanks guys for any help and please critique this is much as you like, I am a complete beginner and want to learn as much as possible.

I tried to check this guy's stats. Did he get kicked? At the risk of talking to nobody, all of these questions can be answered on the internet and on this site. Check out @Rustyhooker for his PCT stickies @Makwa for his diet/training posts and read read read everything in the newbie forum. Ruminate on all the consequences of steroids for 3 months while maintaining your diet/training and what you learned. Then probably come back and ask the right questions. Not trying to be an ass. This is the advice that I would give to my little brother.

You should probably read the comments below and not "give alcohol to minors", including your little bother.

I went through them again. I don't see anywhere where it says he was a minor. This was an analogy?

It's an analogy. If you read, you'd know anyone in the "cybernation" of eroids who is under 25, is a minor.

Ah ha. Tracking. The mention of alcohol threw me for a loop. I didn't realize at the time of the post he was a "minor". The more you know...

Too young to be messing around with steroids so was booted.

You’re 23 with genetic gyno issues.
Set aside about $10,000 for a gyno surgery if you do a cycle.
200mg/wk of test e is probably what your body is naturally producing at 23. You’re going to shut down your natural production just to have a smidge higher test levels, with a lot higher estrogen conversion.
IMO you’re going to fuck yourself up and get minimal results.

You must have researched this on facebook and it is crap. You are only 23 and going to do more harm then good. You are going to shoot your eye out.

I'll give you credit here, it looks like you have put a hell of a lot of effort into all this, doing things right and planning etc. However the problem is you are 23 years old and you have to be 25 to have an account on here.

You're 23... weigh 165lbs give or take?..currently have gyno from puberty...probably best to stay off steroids and focus more on naturally mastering your physique in and out the gym. You mentioned you don't want more gyno since you still have some from puberty ..well injecting test will not be a bright idea and will make your existing gyno worse. You claim to have done your own research online, but are in here asking basic questions you should already know if you had actually done research. Master your diet and gym time, create a solid foundation that will be with you after you stop the cycle... and after doing so....fix the current gyno issue if it doesn't fix itself, see a doctor, then revisit this plan. This is a marathon, not a sprint and AAS will be here whenever you are ready for it Just my 2cents and wish you the best.
