+ 1 Blood work mid cycle

ad

Hi,

I recently hired a well known coach on YouTube, he recommended I start with 175mg test e, 150mg primo and 75mg NPP weekly. I followed his instruction and after 4 weeks I did a blood work and the results are concerning me a bit. Can you guys please interpret my blood work? I didn't want to start with 3 compounds but the coach wrote the plan for me and I followed it, should I trust him? I'm reading here in forums and most guys recommend to start with testesterone only as a first cycle.

Blood work: https://imgur.com/a/GgRWUdp

I'm 185 cm, 290 pounds, 30% bodyfat.

I did blood work pre cycle everything was in range.

Listen to the gents here. They're giving you quality advice. Lose weight first. Daily fasted cardio. Drop to test only at trt level if you plan to stay on. Your health markers will return to baseline.

Thank you, I will do this

How much are you paying this Clueless prat for this expert advice out of interest?

Mechanic77's picture

Believe it or not, it's 1000$ per month, and he's somewhat known and his channel evolves around taking steroids safely.

A lot of guys here will tell you, you don’t need a coach and for the most part I agree. Especially a YouTube coach that’s pumping out 2,000 clients a month. If they have more than 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, then drop them immediately, if they aren’t turning down clients because there too full, drop them. The only ones I’d ever recommend using are the ones that take less than 30 clients at a time and have a wait list. And have 24/7 calling and texting. Not that you’ll ever need it but it shows that they don’t have a million clients because they couldn’t handle that many texts.

Also if you have a coach to teach you things then you definitely don’t need one because all the information is here for free. The only reason I feel a coach is necessary is for losing weight and you need someone to hold you accountable, contest prep, and for diet and nutrition. If you’re doing it for drugs then it’s pointless. We can teach you infinitely more than that coach can. Unless it’s hany rambod, Milo’s, Matt jensen, or Justin Harris, you shouldn’t be paying them 1000$
Please dear lord tell me it’s not fucking Dave polumbo or Greg doucett

here's what's the coach replied to me today after seeing my blood:

Blood Work Review:

Estrogen Boost: Your estrogen levels need a little bump, so we’ll add in HCG at 500iu on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This will help bring those levels up and support overall hormone balance.

NPP Increase: We’re upping NPP to 225mg per week. This increase e2, enhance muscle growth and recovery, giving you that extra edge in your training.

Testosterone Adjustment: Your current test score is 1100ng with a lower free test, so we can safely bring test up to 225mg. This slight increase will give you more available testosterone, optimizing your energy and performance without pushing you too high or disturbing sleep.

Primo Boost: We’ll also add another 50mg of Primo to help manage your E2 levels once it kicks in after about three weeks. This will keep everything balanced as your estrogen levels rise over the coming weeks.

Workout Power-Up: To really crush your gym sessions, we’re deploying Anavar at 10mg pre-workout, taken sublingually under your tongue.
On rest days, take 10mg orally. This will help lower cortisol and increase strength.

Telmisartan added: Increase to 40mg daily. This will protect your heart by helping to manage blood pressure and improve cardiovascular health.

Prolactin Management: Cabergoline comes in today at 0.5mg to help lower prolactin levels. We’ll use it intermittently over the month to maintain balance.

Cholesterol Control: To keep your cholesterol in check, we’re adding Ezetimibe at 10mg twice a week (Monday and Thursday). This will help manage your lipid levels effectively.

Kidney & Liver Support: Filtration is looking good, but with the increased anabolics this month, let’s be proactive. Add Milk Thistle and Astragalus Root for kidney and liver health, along with NAC to reduce oxidative stress. You can grab these from iHerb.

Hormone Support: We’re also increasing DHEA and Pregnenolone to 25mg daily. This will help with overall hormone production, keeping everything balanced.

CRP Levels: Your slightly high CRP score was likely from the Cambridge NPP, which we’ve sorted out now. No worries there.

Vitamin D & Iron: Let’s boost Vitamin D to 5000iu per day—just make sure to take it with fats for better absorption. Also, add 20mg of Iron daily in PM to support overall energy and performance. Plus add vitamin c 500mg daily for increased iron uptake

We’ll start all these changes (new jabs) tomorrow, except for the 0.5mg Cabergoline today
do that —you can get that from the pharmacy. (also Telmisartan + Ezetimibe at Pharmacy)
Order supps today too.

Where you using a certain sources NPP and he told you to switch due to the inflammation? And if so did he tell you why? Was he thinking carrier oil? If so why not change the testosterone also?

LMFAO This is like going to War!!! I'm getting psyched Lol

Looks to me like he has the whole routine on a copy / paste clipboard then, pretty sure if you looked at other peoples monthly report it would be EXACTLY the same as this garbage - Just think if he has 10 clients then this little baby is earning him $10,000 per month! And lets face it, he will have at least 30 active clients Shok

Dear god. Primo and a 19-nor for first cycle and is known for safety.

I fear for the future of these people.

press1's picture

WHAT THE ABSOLUTE FUCK???!!! 1000 DOLLARS PER MONTH - SERIOUSLY???

He told you to take NPP / Test & Primo for your 1st cycle, at 30% Bodyfat and charges a 1000 Bucks per month for that. WOW

Mate tell this Tosspot to fuck off and we will give you better advice than this for NOTHING.

infern0's picture

Fix your diet and lose body fat , you can add some citrus bergamot for the cholesterol, and supplement with vitamin K2 and D3 since you have Vitamin d deficiency, add also Magnesium Glycinate yours is on the low end, you also have an iron deficiency so take iron with Vitamin C on an empty stomach. Having a deficiency on those things can cause a bunch of sides. Since you're considering staying on gear, are you planning on having kids in the future? If so why not run HCG ?

Drask88's picture

100%. A cycle at 30% body fat is asking for trouble. Not just with blood pressure and lipids but also aromatization. The primo is also an unnecessary risk to the hairline for little benefit. And np is going to shut you down hard.

This cycle isn’t going to do much for you that you could have achieved on your own over a slightly longer period of time for way less risk.

Your lipids aren’t like the worst honestly considering, but they’re not great.

You should fire your coach in my opinion. That guy is giving you bad advice.

My blood work before starting steroids was very good, I was obese but at least I was healthy, I feel really upset now, I've been on cycle for 4 weeks, is it too late to undo the harm done? Should I stop taking primo and npp and stay on low dose test e?

Do you guys know how to find good coaches online who can advise on how to recover?

Drask88's picture

It’s not uncommon for gear to mess up your lipids. Coming off will fix your levels as long as your diet is okay. You’re going to need a good pct since you were on nandrolone which is very hard on the hpta.

As far as whether you should stay on the test I think so. You’re already on cycle and pcting after 4 weeks is probably just going to put you worse off than you were. 175 test is like a very high trt dose. You’re just barely super physiological. You can stay on that for the rest of your cycle (8-10 more weeks) and then pct after. I’d suggest a 6 week over a 4 week due to the nandrolone. Start it 2 weeks after your last shot of test e. Clomid and nolva. First 3 weeks double dose at 100mg and 40mg respectively ed. then final 3 weeks at 50 mg 20mg. Wait a couple weeks then do bloodwork measuring lh and fsh as well as testosterone and e2.

As far as coaches. I’d mostly suggest doing your own research and being smart about it. Asking for help here was a good step. I don’t really have any other advice. Hard to know who really to trust when you don’t know anything yourself. You really should invest in your own knowledge over blindly trusting a coach.

Great advice thank you

If you run into any trouble you can always ask around here again. I’m always willing to help out and I’m sure many others on here are also willing to steer you in the right direction.

Best of luck mate.

Great community, thank you guys

Your 1175 testosterone is just barely above average. For the risk reward you should have ran just test at a cycle sized level. Even 300mg/wk can add strength and size.

Cholesterol needs a lil work.

Do you have pct on hand?

Mechanic77's picture

Yes my plan before was 300mg per week, but I decided to hire a coach to make sure I'm doing the best approach.

Mechanic77's picture

I don't want to do pct, I'm not planning to stop, I want to cruise.

I want a minimum effective dose without side effects.

Chad P's picture

Your test score for only 175mg is pretty damn good. I only pull a 725 off 150mg.

I heard the brand of the gear plays a role in this also..

Chad P's picture

Brand has no bearing. If it tests out at the advertised dosage it is what it is. There’s no cut and dry formula for the way it affects your body. Everyone is different.

Since you’re planning on cruising, just drop to your “trt” or “cruise” dose and diet from there. You can do remarkable things on low dose test. Mainly because when you diet naturally your hormones take a hit and then sleep suffers which messes your hormones even more. When on exogenous test, you can slip up on the sleep/recovery part and not see much negative impact. Spend a year on your low dose cruise range (probably 150ish/wk based on bloods from 175/wk) bouncing from deficit to maintenance. 6-8 weeks cutting, couple weeks at maintenance to reset the mental drive of being hungry, back to 6-8 weeks cutting. Do that for a solid year on just 150ish/wk test and you’ll get exactly what you want.

Just be honest with yourself on your calories. Track everything you eat in an app. Weigh everything you eat. Don’t eat little snacks then forget to log it.

Being consistent is the #1 way to any fitness goal. Good luck
