Looking for observations on my newly available blood work. Considering 1mg/week of Anastrozole to lower my estrogen. Thoughts?

anastrozole is 1mg twice a week not once, you will not see under 30nl on 1mg a week, you may actually see a higher test number if you got your estrogen in check, hormones work together to give your body balance, hopefully you actually did bloodwork before you started to get a base. those numbers look about right, considering the high estrogen.
1mg a week and your test levels arent really high. Adex fake or youre conversion to estrogen will be a major factor in future plans.
I have not taken the Adex, just considering it. I probably wasn't detailed enough in my original post.
Some fish oil or omega 3's should help your triglycerides and probably help your cholesterol. 2 to 3g a day. Estrogen isn't such a bad thing. If it's not bothering you and u feel good then why mess with something that's not broken. And if u don't drink allot of water already. I'd start today.

I'm not an expert but the advice I've been given is treat the symptoms not the number, I've been told to run your E2 as high as you can handle wothout negative side effects because it has cardiovascular protective properties. I'm sure someone more experienced and knowledgeable than myself can explain it better.
This. I don't take AI often. Gives me tendonitis. And that stuff is no good for your body, but if your e2 is super high or you're getting itchy nipples, some ppl need it. I'm not susceptible to gyno. I don't aromatize easily, I can handle higher e2 with not many sides. I can always tell when its getting high without blood work. I might get emotional during a movie that's not really sad or whatever. Itchy nipples may show up once a year for like an hour. I'll dose half a pill of AI and it goes away and I don't have to take it again for like a year. My bloods on a heavy cycle don't look nearly as bad as yours. Not to say yours are bad, but markers on the high side just don't show up for me like that, even when my test levels are like 15k. lol. My triglycerides are the only things that looks to be elevated and that's just really the gallon of 2% milk I drink a day. lol. I eat clean af and don't really have a sweet tooth at all.

I couldn't agree with u more far as the estrogen. I think people overdue a.i.'s cuz Harry said Bobby does this so they do that. And of course their favorite you tuber. Lol
