Your HGH + T4 protocol
ad
I thought I'd start this thread as a follow up to the one posted by ruski4201 recommending the use of T4 always along with HGH. I don't think I read a recommendation on how much T4 to use and the question was asked in the comments but not many chimed in.
So how much HGH and T4 do you guys use or think you'll be using now we're learning more about this combo? How much while on and how much off?

check out my post "A Basic Guide to human growth hormone"
You really should consider getting your levels tested prior to supplementing with T4. By doing this you are not guessing on how much to take. If you take too much T4 for an extended period of time you can really screw up your thyroid and endocrine system and it really isn't worth it. Additionally, taking T4 while off HGH is quite pointless.
I would say 25 mcg of T3 or T4 100mcg is sufficient for HGH, it will take longer if you hang in addition to IGF-1
10mcg per iu 3iu and up not 100 mcg if your at 5iu you need 20 mcg, 6iu 30mcg 7iu 40mcg if you do 250mcg you will be fucked
Lol brother please go check your facts. Your thinking t3 which is much lower dosed and shouldnt be run with gh. I doubt youd even be able to measure 10mcg. Most liquid t4 is dosed at 200-400mcg.
UFOBro hes right. I asked this exact question to my man tread and he himself said 10, not 100, but 10mcg per IU when you go above 3IU. So if your doing 3iu take 30mcg, 4=40mcg ect.
recommended protocol is 100mcg per iu for 3 ius and up. so if your running 3 ius your doing 300mcg. if your at 6 your at 600. but this is no exact. you really need to have bloods done to know for sure. then take it from there, thyroid is tricky business. you fuck it up, your fucked for life.
I would like to see the guy who can tolerate 600 mcgs of T4... Jeez !
"Thyroid is tricky business. you fuck it up, your fucked for life."
I hate that this statement keeps coming and going and we can't all agree on it. That messing with your thyroid would result in permanent damage or at least dependency on hormones is a belief that we've been holding for the last ten years or so. Then we decided that that was not true and we could use as much T3 and T4 as we wanted and we would recover no matter what. Then this again...
studies show that external influences can permanently damage the thyroid extended use of tabacoo and alcohol are just two that come to mind.
Are you serious ?
Lol
I know guys who do 100 mcgs EOD, just so they're not beating up their thyroid.
IMO if your running 1-2 iu's a day, you shouldn't need it.
I'm no doctor. lol
